I was raised in Lagos when Sunny Ade unrated onto the Lagos musical scene in 1969. I am so delighted to hear the sounds of King Sunny Ade bring back memories of a ten year old running the streets of okearin, isaleeko, reclamation, nnamdi azikiwe in central Lagos. Thanks for uploading. God bless you Olatokunbo. God bless Nigeria. God bless a prodigy of and in Sunny Ade. It gives me goose pimples to hear his voice and his music and mastery of Yoruba idioms, proverbs, axioms. This is classic. It is mythical. Long live Nigeria
King Sunny Ade has been my best Nigerian star musician, from my days at UI, during the annual Havanna Festival by the elite Sigma Club. Even though I don't understand Yoruba language, his music, guitar (electrifying) & lyrics, touch my bones and set my body dancing. Sunny is simply awesome. The Best!
To me King Sunny Ade is the best, from my childhood days I have love his music both live and record. His songs are evergreen, generations to come will love to hear him and study him.
I am taken to another world entirely anytime I listen to KSA music. May God Almighty preserve this great man for us, for many more years to come. Up! Up!! KSA 😂😂😂
Arguably the best musician of this generation, you are wonderful Sunday Adegeye, God created you to sing that all. you are great and we will continue to remember you for a long time.
That voice is nightingalish. He is irreplaceable. He makes me miss Nigeria. He makes me miss Lagos of the late 1960 and early 1970. That was when Nigeria was the center of Africa. Long live King Sunny Ade and Nigeria
@@mohammedjalloh7658 Not edited but a a remake of some of his classics for the Western audience. The remake, you would agree with me were better produced and the rest of course is history.
If there is a man who never missed his calling.... KSA is the one. Lord will keep you for long.
