Jay, there is nothing wrong with feeding her the way you do. Breakfast is just that breaking the fast. We are supposed to have our biggest meal early and the lightest meal in the evening so that our stomachs rest at night. Breakfast like a King Lunch like a Prince and
dinner/Supper like a Pauper. This will also avoid the constant snacking between meals... follow how you were raised!!!! Dont get all modern...lol. You were raised the correct way.xx

Hey Jaye, to get rid of the belly, consider doing a colon cleanse. There is a tablet called Oxy-Powder (it’s mild on the stomach) that I use for about 3 days while eating clean for those days or you can use a natural herb called senna pods (weekend preferably, this one is a little more aggressive as it relates to the passing of stool and belly cramps). If you choose you can also do a coffee or lemon enema.
