Something quite comforting about seeing the streets of Blackpool at night, the orange glow of the lights down familiar and undiscovered streets of a place I've always loved to visit. Thanks for the video, another fix of Blackpool until my next visit 👍
Hi Stephen thank you for another great video as always a great night time walk round Blackpool and some very interesting information too have a great day xx
Aww thanks on behalf of those of us who for various reasons can't get there, for showing some of the Light pool displays Stephen, know they can be wild and wacky not to everyone's taste but I love them. There was a good write up in the Manchester Evening News today praising Blackpool and the variety of entertainments available. Hope your foot's on the mend.😊😊😊
Perhaps for a period the WWII shelter could be opened by Blackpool Council, as an attraction with artifacts showing what it would perhaps have been like ? 😮
Evening Stephen a great varied video, lovely old streets, and the lights look great. The illuminated tram was fab, I understand from the weather forecast, a storm is coming don’t know if Blackpool will be in its path or not.
Hi Stephen, another great video! The light pool displays look beautiful. We're coming to Blackpool again next Wednesday so hopefully we'll get to see it in person. Thank you Stephen, take care and hope your foot is improving. Xxxx
Good evening Stephen. Thank you for showing the lights on the first night of the light pool. it's going to be full weekend. hope it doesn't get too stormy on Sunday. take care and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Mildred. xxx
That's the street I asked you to visit last year but in day light, it's beautiful well kept and very pleasant. Cheers for another video. It's a hard name to say.....
Just watched the Macmaster in San Francisco having fish and chips, also he went on a Tram 🚊 from BLACKPOOL. I left a comment on his channel because he didn't give you a SHOUT OUT so I think he is out of order, love your vlogs
Great one Stephen thankyou . Good comprehensive look at the Light Show 😊❤ I don't know if it's an older me? The BS descriptions that come with these 'Art' pieces do my head in. 😢
Thanks for the video Stephen, you should definitely try turtle bay, food is really tasty! They've started doing a reggae roast on Sundays, if you fancy something different!
Further up Cocker St is a Blue Plaque .. also a Green plaque on the wall donated By Jaguar Cars.... of Sir William Lyons House .....where Swallow Sidecars were made & eventually Jaguar Cars. I had my photo taken outside along with my Daughter. Thr railings have Swallow Birds incorporated in the railings. Its a care home now Built on the site of the factory.
@@AWalkontheWildSideBlackpool Looking forward to that Stephen .... we made a special trip just to visit Cocker Street.... I'm a Jaguar enthusiast ... and a Biker .... The Jaguar ScrapBook by Phillip Porter has a good opening section on Blackpool history where 1928 Ms Connie Dickson discribes going to Blackpool Library to look at the Job Advertisements and gets her job in Cocker Street, an interesting insight to factories in the area 👍😎👍
Hi Stephen, i was in Turtle Bay not long before you went past, lightpool looks great as usual again. Picked up a calendar from Chris' and it looks amazing 😍😍
Reminds me of Rydal Ave. I miss my own house. Now living on Breck Rd. My house is the one with bushes on the corner. Hey someone always rubs out the letters on Hornby Rd. Keeps them busy I suppose. Ha ha.
Looking on street view the loo was still open in 2016 so closed 17(ish) 2018 they put some railings up and the bin has been moved a few times even had a different type before that and up to 2014 no bin , so next the council says it's short of money it's because they've spent it on person hours moving things around in such a small area, and yes they could utilize it for something else.
Hi Stephen loved the video I remember on one of your other videos you saying I think that infusion was a swingers club 😊 I just love Blackpool and I visit every opportunity I can ❤
Finishing Saturday the 26th is too soon. I think they should make this festival last longer. I won't be able to get up to see this. 😢 Thanks for showing us, though ❤

That miniature bottle of rum top shelf second from the left is 63% alcohol . I've got a 70cl bottle. Too strong for beer monsters. The MacMaster has just risen a Blackpool tram. In San Francisco
@AWalkontheWildSideBlackpool Thanks for confirming. It's easy to get these places mixed up. Been there a few times when it was the Stretton both for meetings and have also stayed there once.
Good walk about tonight Stephen lights were good 👍, Stephen is there still a shop in Blackpool what has hundreds of miniatures in the windows, whisky and the like full shop windows full
Yes I would recommend going for the Lightpool Festival. I went in 2021 it was fab 👌 I do think it should be on longer it was when I went ❤

I used to drop my late mother off at that night club Infusion, bless her soul. She did so much dancing, she could barely walk when I picked her up.
that was a better method of pay to "go" here you could just crawl under the door if you really needed to lol
Thank you Stephen excellent video really enjoyed it. I hope your foot isn’t giving you much bother ❤

Francis Street looks a bit Dickensian. Add a little snow and Bob Cratchit could be walking along it on his way home.
