I have an svl95-2 I was just using a t590 the other day and man was I fricken pissed the t590 or t595 it was newer small as shit comfy fast and quiet, the track suspension is great. It was so nimble. I wished I had that instead of out new svl95-2.
If you are digging and prepping for brick pavers the wheeled machines can get you into big trouble !! What happens is when you are digging and the wheels spin a little it will pump the water and moisture out of the ground and it makes the ground "punky" "muddy" and then your screwed !! The track machines walk right through it and like you said the footprint is a lot lighter. The only way I would used wheeled is on hard surface or if I was selling bulk material and was loading trucks all day
I need one so i can replace my Lawntractor. So for me its a mini skid steer. My question is if both wheeled and tracked skid loaders damage my lawn when turning or does a wheeled on with gras tires be as gentle as a lawntractor. Thanks
Great points! Also wheeled loaders compact the soil way more which can damage lawns and destroy tree root systems with the soil compaction and it kills the tree over time which most people don't know.
I’ve got an ‘82 bobcat 642 and it’s got the Kubota gas engine in it, and she’s getting a lil old. I really only use it 5-6 times a year, only to clean out the barn or move dirt.
I get it; I get it. Buy two.
I have a 1999 763 love it but it’s tired iron. Next couple years gonna start looking at the T595 or S595

Smooth Tracks. It’s a must you will save tons on lawn repair
Easy choice.
I've had both.
Buy a tracked one, and never look back.
Same here!

Question fellas,
If I brought one with wheels, could I replace the wheels for tracks ?
You can with aftermarket kits but I would stay away from that. It’s also expensive. Just buy a track machine
Sensible advice well spoken
Thanks Fred 👍🏼
What would be a good starter skid steer for all landscaping and snow because I am getting more and more in to the landscaping part of things
JS Landscaping wheeled because you will waste so much money by burning tracks up so quick
Emerson's vlogs atv riding and reviews I’m 14 what should I look for
James Scully did you buy one yet
What if do both types of jobs. ? Also air tires are cheaper than tracks yes but if get solid ones or new tire design they cost same as tracks.
Some industries like what you are describing it can be a very hard decision. For us fortunately it is an easy one. We are primarily on dirt
Tires- construction, doesn’t tear up grass easily, etc
Tracks- farming, sand dirt, etc
what ru talking about tires ruin a yard lol
@@PavingProphet if you don’t make the sharpest on earth it won’t rip apart the grass but it will make tracks
I think tires for hard surfaces and tracks for anything else 👍🏼
Will you own a mini skid steer at some point?
So what would you choose? Only one.
Tracks all the way brother
Isn’t there a track system that goes on the wheels?
LTD Lawn Service
Yup. Steel or rubber
Yeah you just put it over the tires they do come off if you turn sharp tho

Ger a mini skid on tires with turf tires.
What about for just a 1 1/5 property for moving dirt around, not loading into trucks or up high.
These are used 90% on dirt.. unles your using this in loading cargo.. so yeah.. track
@@comparology1014 exactly! Or snow removal! I know a lot of snow guys prefer wheeled machines

That same compaction capability is a plus for backfilling and grading though.
tires are a lot better for snow removal if you do any of that as well.
Tracks will tear surface much easier they are best for rough terrain. Tires for everything else.
Both really good machin
Good lookin kern in the background
Very informative!
Get tire machine with the tracks add on over tires

Tracks are always better.
Not for demo on hard surfaces
tracked machine is not as smooth as a wheeled machine....never heard anyone say that before
Whose 763?
You’re on gravel this whole time you don’t talk about if it’s a hard surface or soft surface
Yeah tires don’t work on soft surface. No matter what the surface, if it’s soft you must have tracks
You should look at the new G-series Deere
Holy repeat
One hell of a lot of repeating himself
All talk and show, a complete waste of time.
