The thing is there are people that thinks that the better PC specs or peripherals they have, the better they get in valo. most of my friends are like that, they buy tenz mouse, gpro superlight, & etc. and they are still stuck in iron-silver elo. but it's all good, its their money
You know sometimes u got these people that was able to get bunch of pricy gaming gears but they are actually in decent ranks and only play for fun but in the other hand you got these player that have huge potential of hitting high level of gameplay but their gear and equipment holds them back from improving lol, :(
It definitely helps but if u don't grind or wanna learn how to improve then it's obv not gonna make you insanely better. I'm content with 60hrz and 100fps low setting bc I'm broke as shii lmao.
