You three are a stand-up group of guys! All winners in my book, not just for tonight’s flies but your individual UA-cam content on all your separate channels. That why I am a subscriber to each with always a thumbs up. Tom, Tim and Cheech know this, your worst tutorial posted over the years is still better than 95% of others available to view. Thank you all!
Just pulled up the video and called my wife over. I told her who everybody was…”this guy Tim, I wouldn’t be a fly tyer without him….Tom…he’s the voice that you like when we are taking road trips…Cheech, he’s one of the top guys at fly fish food…you know, where all the packages come from, and he has a purple vise (her favorite color) 😊 All three, excellent tyers!
Enjoyed this. I tie a lot of quill bodies and have tried all kinds of materials for quills. This was very informative and I like the dubbing ball to prop up the deer hair. Great fly with 3 master tiers.
This is an awesome masterclass format for tiers like me to learn at a slower pace with material and technique variations. I learned a ton and you all are super entertaining!
I know Ann Miller who wrote the “Guide to Upper Midwest Hatches” which Tim referenced. We are in the St. Joseph River Fly Fishers club. Did Tim get a copy of her new edition when he visited South Bend this past year?
