Tribal Braids are all over Pinterest and Instagram and I finally found the courage to do this style on myself.
This style took 9.5 hours to complete.

Hey beautiful job. I am a braided/stylist as well. What you can do to conceal that beautiful unique, and signature spot of yours is to crochet a piece of braid UNDER the middle braid exactly over the spot BUT UNDER THE BRAID ITSELF. Making sure the hair is anchored under the braid and in between the root of you hair. You will then start to braid from that piece you crochet and incorporate your hair into it as you meet where your hair starts this way it will conceal some of that spot until you’re comfortable enough to wear it out. Sorry to inform you but I recently did these braid yesterday on one of my friends hair from school and it only took me 5 hours

I've been thinking about doing this style all weekend!!! I was considering attempting to DIY it because since my hair is longer, I feel like my actual hair gets dipped in the hot water. You gave me some courage and made it look so easy but 9 hours!!!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 you're a champ girl.
The style and color looks great on you. I tried the Murray’s beeswax on the daughter’s hair in April and it worked great. Her hair didn’t coil back up like when I used gel. I will be using it to braid her hair from now on.
