      Yes, but only to some extent.
      First off, the running frequency is way too low.
      Second, not sure if the "galvo" motor is fast enough although there's a possibility that it is fast enough.
      Third, there's no synchronization. If the motor spins rapidly, wave distortion is possible, but this can be more or less easily solved if you know opamps and their purpose and you build an adjustable zero crossing switch with them.

    I am guessing the amplitude/vertical (long rectangle mirror) has an op-amp amplifying the AC signal off-screen. either way that thing definitely has to have a limit to how fast it can move, against the frequency. What's the highest Fq you've been able to read before it can no longer physically keep up? Still cool, otherwise.

    That's was one of coolest little projects iv seen in long time. 😎 well done. QUESTION: can it read a signal from circuit. I'd bet it can coz if can read the signal of the music it should have no problem reading a circuit/radio signal. REALLY THIS IS VERY COOL IDEA. 😎

    What is the device you used for amplitude? @2:29 I assume part of it is the D2822...what is the rest of it?

      @@imwacc0834 It's ten turn trim pot. Gluded to the transistor. With a tantalum capacitor in there to. Those caps have a positive and negative so I'm sure he pick it for a reason. You will find one easy enough on any computer board or TV board.
