As salamo alaikum doctor, after varicocele surgery when veins is still visible, how can you do doppler in this case? Will that ligated veins be misdiagnosed as varicocele reccurence or you will deem it non functional veins and report is normal?

if the short saphenous vein is high terminating into the posterior thigh ...so theres no need to mention about sapheno-popliteal junction reflux ?
