    What makes those 3 arbiters qualified to make those type of decisions?

      @@stefanc4520 great question. Don’t have a direct answer for you. They are lawyers and this is their job. Analyze both sides cases, and make decisions for those that cannot make one themselves

    Why is American sport so communist. You're American you know what a free market is, of you don't think a player is worth it, let him enter free agency. Not a criticism of the creator, just the system

      American sport is absolutely not communist what are you talking about? Players do the work and owners reap the rewards thats literally capitalism in action.

      ​@@dannydevito2587The simple fact that there's no relegation means it's a little welfare bubble where there's no real consequences for poor performance.

      @@stefanc4520 agreed there’s no punishment for the teams, but ton to lose on the players side. Gives the teams too much leverage in situations like this. Players association is slowly trying to correct this but not easy when you’re competing against 30 + billionaires.
