EMERGENCY SURGERY... I'm in Shock

- Thank you so much for all your support over the past 24 hours!
It's been a pretty challenging time and I can't believe how much of an emotional rollercoaster it's been.
The latest update- is that I need emergency surgery, but I don't yet know in which country, or with which surgeon?
I'm updating you all as I find out more- I'm so nervous but it's all been such a rush I haven't had time to digest it all...

Hey Familia- first off THANK YOU! Your supportive comments under my last video has left me speechless. I feel so lucky to have you all supporting me, you’re like my extended family. When I first heard how bad the injury was- my immediate thought was... what an I going to do for my UA-cam family, I promised them a workout programme. Your support and kind words have literally had me in tears, and although it’s going to be a long time until I’m properly back on my feet, I am going to do EVERYTHING in my power to heal as quickly as possible.

Candice xx Hey beauty... the scan results were really when it hit home for me- the ligaments are totally ruptured! I literally had no idea how bad it was until I saw these images. I think that’s when it all hit home- this is going to be a very long road to recovery. Totally devastated xx

If there was an award for positivity in a crisis, you would win hands down. I am sure things are different behind the scenes but I think its the determination that shines through. Sure your job is fitness, but for the short term, it is this mentality that is just as inspiring as a workout. Keep strong...and warm...London is baltic right now x

Thanks so much for posting this, girl! Very informative. I'm actually getting surgery soon, too. I am wondering if you could explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that FREAKS me OUT!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have stayed awake if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Basically whatever you remember about that part would be helpful. Thanks so much!
Stay strong gal!!!!!!!!! You got this, my ex bosses daughter was a super athlete on the way to the olympics and the same thing happened, 1 year later she is on her way to full recovery x good move going back to uk!
