The body panel fitment is really bad on the giveaway mustang plus the A-pillars are horrible looking, it's just the worst looking swap you have done so I don't think a whole lot of people want that thing in their driveway and it's not worth much in scrap either, not trying to hurt your feelings I'm just keeping it real, love the channel brother

I have a 2003 Chev Astro cargo van. No windows. No interior. That's the van you want to start with. Not a passenger van like he has here.
Its stupid that they are leaving to make a channel or grow one. Its obviously more than that because that channel is so cringe. They have that real mechanics stuff channel and they jave a production team and its cringe af "lets see that next clip lets see that next clip" lol

If that van was mine, I'd probably do a low budget audio system with a flatwall full of cheap-ass woofers on low power, 10" or 12" midbass drivers and HLCDs (horn-loaded compression drivers) for high frequencies, and then proceed to blow the roof off. Might blow the budget, though.
I feel it , I have a 29 mercedes gazelle kitcar I'm restoring was told motor ran last year . Stripped the car down to just frame and decided to try to crank the motor over and instantly locked up and something sticking out of the pan so just shoved it to the side for now..... Such a buzz kill 😢

Amazon/eBay “4 channel remote relay” and be done with “controllers” and wiring switches. I use the round button remotes that have a slide panel that covers the buttons. I use A=front up B= rear up C=front dump D=rear dump.
I use the digital gauges with 3 readings (that are like $20 and have had zero issue), top is front psi, middle is tank psi and bottom is rear psi, I use “speedwire 9 conductor” (made for audio for 4 speakers and a remote wire made by Stinger/DS18/Conext Link) to wire up the gauge cleanly. You can just use common ground but I just wire each sensor individually since it’s 9 wires so perfect!
I also use a heavy duty solenoid hooked to an ignition wire AND toggle switch ran to my compressors with a FUSE (I may or may not have had compressor wiring go up in flames…….)
I don’t know how many reed valve’s you’ve had break (compressor cycles but zero pressure in the line, this is the issue) on those compressors but I use feeler gauges as replacements and I remove the thermal switch on the brushes plate in-line of the power. (Compressor just doesn’t turn on, this is the issue)
How do you like that new manifold you bought? I’m still running individual diaphragm valves that I drill and use nuts and bolts and some RTV (the right stuff ALWAYS) to seal and don’t like the industrial look 😂

my parents had an 1988 Astro van they used as a shop truck..we drove that little van ALL over the Texas hill country (stepdad was a locksmith)..put 2 engines(one we rebuiilt ourselves and 3 transmissions in that thing...other than those two things, it was pretty reliable..had the V6..
Love the content brother, Digging the ASTRO for sure.I would like to see it white aswell. But maybe a decent paint job,an something cool on the interior. I wouldn't go crazy but just give it a little more.❤😊😊

Casey you give me the inspiration to. Build cool stuff like this again. I love your cando attitude about everything you tackle. And I hit road blocks myself. Mine. Are usually financial and cause me to severely postpone completing. That's and a wife and kids that seem to require all my extra money so it's not extra anymore. Tragic how responsibility falls in the way.

Turbo can white then do a nice pin strip 👍 then glitter can the entire van with whatever cool glitter colour you can find and then remove the pin strip. then just finish it off with some clear coat from a can = Budget flake pin strip paint job from a can .
A-Team paint job would fit the build! Of course we know you don’t like gloss black paint jobs but it would look good on it!!!!
