You're really one of the best. I own this wallet but I haven't really played with it. I love the folded card peek. This is also the only wallet that has tonsils.

Awesome review. Its a great product. It was my go to EDC wallet for almost a year. Never had an issue with it. Only reason I changed was that I stopped doing card magic so I switched to the orphic.
But it is one I always recommend to people starting their wallet addiction. Its affordable and works great.

Great review Nique! Since I had already reviewed the original, I think I’ll just do an updated video for the new leather version when mine comes. You’re review is so good that I think I’m just going to encourage everyone to come watch yours for a full detailed review. I also watched your video in the TCC group and I love what you’ve come up with. What I usually do for areas that see a lot of stress is just put a drop of super glue where the stress is on the stitching. It’s not enough that it is noticeable by sight or feel; and it doesn’t effect the functionality of the pockets but it’s saved a few wallets for me where this has, or would have happened. Keep up the great work my friend!!

@@niquetan yes I did! Mainly because I wasn’t using it for card magic. I was basically just using it for the peeks and I wanted to store some more mentalism stuff in there.
Ahhhhh… but with that function you can bring about some really cool prediction effects. 🤫

Has the stitching been holding up ok?
@@niquetan surprisingly yes. I pre-ordered it and as soon as it was in my hands it's been my daily carry wallet for... What a year now? Zipper, stitching, pouches are all holding up. Not too terrible for fake leather. My edge wallet was the one I carried before this and it started to fall apart.

@@ThemagicofEd The stress points on the edge wallet were worse I think. I wanna give a shoutout to their newer (no zipper) "Combo" wallet which is also excellent.

Great review, and watched your other ideas on Facebook. How can you tell if it is leather? I have both and they smell, look and feel the same.
Thanks for watching! If you have both, I’ve heard that if you look at the stitching on the edges of the pockets of leather version, there’s a visible difference in how the edges were done. Other than that, I’m unfortunately unsure if there are other differences or not physically.
What card stock did you use to make up the billets, I can not see a color with reverse white??.
It’s some kind of luminous card stock I found at a stationer’s that I think people use to write prices on when selling stuff in a store.
I almost purchased this last year as I really liked the look of it and it seemed very good value. However the 1914 had already taken my wallet budget and I don't need another one .... or do I?

It really depends on what you need and your own stipulations; palm/no palm, reset, envelope?
TCC also has The Edge Wallet which I’ve heard good things about. In terms of modern, Orphic+ allows a card to wallet as well, as does The INTO Wallet, and also The Nexus Wallet.

After several months, How is the stitching holding up on the leather into wallet?
Been carrying it around for a bit, performed causally; still holding up ok.
