- Welcome back! I hope this video teaches you a little bit about Louis Vuitton and the Eva clutch. I will be discussing my chain strap and my opinion on buying from Japan and Ebay as well. Please have your Preloved bags authenticated. I am a collector but I am not an authenticator. I have done a lot of research and wanted to share it with you. Enjoy!! PS… Sorry about the sound quality. There was work going on in my house and I was banished to the powder room! Ha ha ha💗 I also had a very hard time showing you the date stamp but I eventually was able to show it to you. Sorry it was so frustrating.

I just got a favorite MM for Christmas and loved it but was undecided because I had wished the crossbody strap was longer and after seeing your video I decided to keep it and order both a longer leather strap & chain strap - thank you!!!! Can you suggest places to look for pre-loved pieces? Where do you find yours? Any tips when searching to ensure they’re authentic? Thanks again!

How is your long chain strap holding up? Is the gold colour plating in tact still? I find that on less expensive gold plated pieces, it rubs off rather quickly. So just wondering because I like the way it looks. Your bag looks brand new.
slim1one I only wear it when I go out so it’s not used much. It’s wearing quite well💗

I like real bags, but I have also bought imitation bags. The first few times, they were packed in very simple cartons, no gift box. Until I found out that many people on UA-cam were praising H Q L U X Y . After trying to buy again, it turns out there will be a dust bag, gift box and card. They even stated that if the QC quality inspection fails, they will not ship to customers. I'm really surprised how much heart and soul they put into it.

Hi i have the same bag same looking bought it in a while like 4 years ago second hand and mine have a rough time with the plate its just seen better days what can i do to make the plate and the chain shine again? And i have also red date code cant you show me a picture of yours please? I will be very happy mine red and i was worried 😊
I wish they still sold this bag. I am not a fan of buying from the websites where they sell pre-loved, I just do not always trust you are getting an authentic item.
Is it lv eva made in 2009? What year was it made?
Wat if the side where it says “Louis Vuitton made in France”, if it doesn’t say where it’s made from, it’s a fake?

I have used memes treasures before quite a few times ,Melissa is excellent in what she does and yes because LV has gotten sloppy they are becoming easier to replicate I happen to do a lot of my own authentication I’ve been studying since the 90’s and I have so many friends contact me for advice my 1 good friend tells me I have an eagle eye for detail with LV I can tell the minute I touch it how it sounds how the hardware should feel it’s something my aunt always ingrained in my head if it’s a $2,000 does it feel like a $2,000 bag ? That However was years ago ,their customer service is a nightmare they don’t want to repair anything they take no responsibility they blame the customer ,what they did to me with my Pochette Metis was a disgrace their stitching is coming undone they just are not getting the job done at all very disappointed in them I started looking at other brands the Givenchy Antigona although owned by Louis Vuitton is an amazing amazingly made bag ! I refuse to make anymore new purchases from them I don’t like any of the new stuff I prefer their canvas and that’s what they want to let go and go all leather and fancy a lot of us will be priced out unfortunately
