Soup is so colorful … it is so appetizing ! I also like the way you prepare your broth . I usually buy the prepacked broth from the grocery . Thanks for sharing your cooking tips ! I always see lotus roots here in Adian stores but never tried it in my cooking! You still added the seasoning powder from the dried noodles .liked 6, watched and subscribed from Calgary Alberta

Thanks for appreciating my channel and cooking. Really means a lot. The spices from the noodles is optional and even without it, the broth tastes great. You should try it but will need some salt to taste.
