Pasto Aromi took the statement by Archbishop out of context. The statement he made was to the fact that some people who claim to be prayer warriors only groan immediately prayer topics are raised. And we understand groaning of the Holy Spirit come after you lack what to say. That act has become the practice here in Ghana and its worrying.
It's teaching others that you can only pray by using that monosyllabic groan when you have not intensely prayed in the spirit.
It's from that point Archbishop made that statement.

I have had a similar encounter with an angel or heavenly being who took me round the whole world and from high up he said I should observe and see how multitudes are aligned to Satan by a blue light that lights on their heads.And only few people were devoid of that light.

Ive seen another video of a preacher saying if you wake up between 4 and 5 you are a watchman. I have been waking up every night at 4 to 4:30 am. I don't know what I'm suppose to do if this is the case.
Start to pray, lewrn to pray for long. If you have the holyspirit in you HE will begin to show you things to pray about, but you have to be consecrated to GOD and stay away from sin bcos the kingdom of darkness will come looking for who is knocking on the door. I hope this helps.

When I pray for one hour, it's like I've really prayed, as a watchman,will I reach this level
You can pray beyond two hours and still energetic to pray more if you pray in tongues.
To pray using your own words or scriptures is good but is very painful when trying to exceed one hour of prayer because it requires 70percent of your energy.
Watch Online RCN prayer stretches. One hour prayer is how they START church. We do 10 hours once a month, and an all night vigil once a month, midnight to 5. Pray along. They give scripture and prayer points, plus tongues along with normal prayers.
Apostle said when you pray for an hour, you haven’t prayed but when you pray for 2hrs, you have really prayed for an hour 😂. May the Lord build our staying power and capacity.
