    loved the critique of education system! Standardized tests help the education department not the kids.
    I will save this video and come back to it. It’s given me some courage too!

    Question... I found you on a forum while I was researching vertical forces. I'm not a sprinter, I'm out of college, I've increased my running, doing three mile runs twice a week, which has made my mile time SLOWER!. Not too surprising. I'm not trying to win any races, and my main interest is cardiovascular benefits. But, my ego wants to run faster. I want to lessen my mile time and curious how you feel about training with WEIGHTED VESTS. I feel they would help train muscles/joints/tendons with vertical forces as you have discussed in your forums. Thoughts?

      Speed is the fountain of youth. Weighted vests cause you to practice slow. Simply sprint and jump with total recovery.

      ​@@coachtonyholler Yeah, I like that philosophy. Weighted exercises don't really translate into speed in many sports. Thanks! I wish I could split myself and try both methods to see which wins out. I may combine just for the novelty.

    what would you recommend for speed training while working (on your feet) full time?
    in order to see best results...
    CNS fatigue can be a problem with certain jobs.
