FYI, if you save the game in single player after using FPP in a boat, you don’t have to set it every time. For whatever reason, independent camera angles are tied to your SP save.
Btw the order of the weapons in the weapon wheel is also tied to the SP save, in case you don't wanna sort your weapons every time you go online. It might not work with all online-only weapons tho

Very Small Optimization you could make:
When doing the safe code, look at the number you are entering, if it is less than 50, cycle up to it (from 0), if it is more than 50, cycle down to it (from 99). Saves you extra time spent scrolling through the numbers
Thought that was common sense
If you alert the gaurds the stationary bike won't spawn outside the compound. However you can still run to that same spot and to your right a jeep and a bike will spawn with gaurds on them, just shoot the gaurds and take one of them. It's closer than running all the way down to the helipad so would be a better back up

18:35 I don't know if they changed it, but when they implemented it, you could time when to start the spinning of the wheel from when you open the menu to get the price you wanted.
I was pretty decent at getting the price vehicle and I got quite a few of those freebies.
Every time I see those guys in the Caio Perico set up get run over by a plane, I think of that one guy from "Nervous Ron" who was constantly killed by a propeller.

regarding the wheel spin at the end: it actually IS kind of rigged, since where the wheel lands depends on how long you wait to spin it after the prompt comes up. if you figure out the timing you can guarantee yourself the car (or whatever else you want) every single time. if you've just been immediately pressing the spin button as soon as possible every time, you're always going to land on that same rp spot lol
Yep, the longer you wait, the slower the wheel spins. If you wait about 5 seconds after the prompt to spin, your character will step away from the wheel. If you spin just before that timeout, somewhere around 4 or 4.5 seconds after the prompt to spin, you'll get the vehicle (or somewhere close to it on the wheel).

you can interact with the table, and press action skip before it goes onto the screen, line yourself up with the ladder, wait for menu to pop up, select mission, walk forward, cancel animation, and spam interact, you can start the mission at the bottom of the ladder.. do not have “exit” on screen otherwise will override planning menu
this is super fun to watch and i've basically been following along myself and started doing some speedrun strats for fun, thanks Matto (& speedrun community)!
If you take cover immediately after looting the safe code off the cowboy hat dude, it warps you out of the casino and drops the wanted level. At least on PS4 of course. Not sure if it saves any time but it's a fun little strat I picked up some time ago.

You can put dinghy's around the velums spawns to get the perfect spawn but that takes a damn long time.

For the wheel spin, if you don't get the car, just end task on GTA and you can respin it until you get the car. It takes a little but you get a free car so

Hey Matto, I don't know if you're already doing this, but if you hold Space while flying the Oppressor Mk2 (handbrake on mouse and keyboard, not sure about controllers), you'll fly faster than normal. The Mk2 close to the ground is faster than it is high up in the air, and holding Space makes it act like you are close to the ground. Hold Space while flying the entire time, and release when super low to the ground because it doesn't do anything at that point. You'll know it's working if you see some of the flaps change position.
EDIT: I initially wrote PC instead of mouse and keyboard, my bad.
The MGS2 alert and caution themes are such a nice touch, gj martin and gj matt

matto here's a tip for ya;- whenever u drive a oppressor it flies around 119~, if u press hold space and flie it flies faster 130~

I usually watch videos at 2x speed to save time but as soon as the video had the portal radio music playing in the background I had to set it back to 1x to enjoy it lol
Matto if you don´t find the key for the basement door you could kill the 2 guys at the pool near the drainage tunnel they have could also have it
the guard u killed at 15:22 will always trigger the alarm when you kill him, u have to sneak past him

it would be really practical to use macros to move around the menus
like you can set it up so pressing J will press up and then up and then left and then enter and so forth
but because gta only accepts 60% of inputs (or maybe 15% at that speed) it would always fail
I once and only once won a vehicle on that fortune wheel thing, it was one of those indie 500 cars.
For the wheel spin I have a whole garage full of cars I won but never use them there used to be a trick to get vehicles every spin but I think it got patched

you can spoof the wheel by closing the game before it stops, you have less than 60 seconds from winning the prize to force quite the game then you can try again
You may already know but if you use handbrake while using oppressor it will increase your speed by like 20%.cant go up or down though with extra speed

You gotta wait like 4.5-5 seconds after the "Press S to spin" interface appears then your character will spin the wheel slower and you should land on the vehicle, if you see that you will miss it you can just alt+f4 and your try will reset. (do it before the "congratulating" sound effects play)

mabye you need to watch a vid on youtube for a glitch where you can get in the other rooms on the map so you can get a little more money but in solo or you just go looking for some paintings in el rubio's room.
If u trigger the alarm there's 2 bikes that come for u. One from the right with a jeep and another from the left. Left is faster. For the lucky wheel u get the same every time bc it's timing Related and u do it the same. There vids for it. One is 2 secs exactly at 1/4 turn 900 to 600 and another is 4 secs. Same directions. Plus if u don't get it u can kill n reload n try again.
You get different things depending of the timing when you skin the wheel, I'd say wait around 3 seconds

When you sell a vehicle you get paid for any mods as well as base cost, including engine, turbo, etc.
1/3 of their value iirc.
There’s a little trick to the wheel if it’s at its base setup to where I can win the car every time
Once on foot, use the assault rifle instead of pistol, or because you don't want to slow running speed, choose the weapons loadout with the AP Pistol.
The setups are the same, its just what weapon you prefer.

Since this is DarkViperAU's latest video on GTAV/GTAO, I'm gonna make a heavy statement about R*: I think R* develops the paid(the ones that always work and never get caught) as a way of winning on both sides, inside the game with shark cards and outside with the mod menus. That explains why they never take real action on the matter and probably never will.
The guy on the stairs in the compound is so much quicker to just run up and hit him when in first person.
I've done cayo what feels like a million times and it's only failed twice to my controller being faulty

Also you won't have them shooting you if you take 1 second to shoot the cameras at the fingerprint cloner location.
The Safe code can be in several places, you got the easy one.
He can also be in the conference room, or at the bar.

You can guarantee vehicle on the wheel spin if you time it right and its a fresh lobby.
Need to pull down exactly 4 seconds after your character prepares to spin.
But as the won vehicles have $0 sell value, its not worth it unless you either want the vehicle, or you already have one and its base price is over 1.8 Mil, so it justifies selling the old one and paying for all the mods on the new one.
Personally I'd rather guarantee Mystery as there are a handful of unique items that can only be unlocked that way, like the beer cap. Not sure how to do that though.
Money, peh, I have like 140 days in the game, own everything worth owning and am currently floating 310+ Mil. Legitimately.
You can buy as many Mk2s as you want, but you can only add missiles in the terrorbyte.

Matto everyone hates flying mk2 back to the submarine, example fingerprint cloner, I suggest learning how to fly upside-down mk2 on your controller, it's way faster and will save you time.

Stick to the ground by holding spacebar, don't hold movement keys when you are leaving your oppressor, it will land on it's legs and will never fall.
