At 19:26, you don’t have to kill the three guys on the right! if you stealthily kill the first guard at the entrance, then the two guys on the left after the wall, and finally the guy next to the weapons, the other guys won’t even notice you. It’s faster!
yeah i was wondering is that a bug or what? because you kill the first guard with silencer, kill 2 guys talking near the vault, and then 2 other at the table across the room. The remaining 3 guards wont notice you even if youre clearly in their sights
exactly my thoughts. it might be better to headshot them with a rifle rather than going for the automatic shotgun as well

By driving the kosatka close to where you set the dinghy for the sparrow to sit on, you can force the water to become calm and flat around the kosatka and allow for easy, smooth landings of the Sparrow onto the dinghy
I like how I dont play gta 5 anymore that much but I always love to watch these videos because I did most of this stuff when I was playing myself other than the speedrun part.

Exceptional editing on this one, props to the editor for real. Cut out the boring stuff but none of the interesting stuff, kept things engaging but not over the top, no jarring effects or unnecessary zooms. Just perfect middle ground for a video of this length.

I love watching these. They are relatively short, easy to watch even if I might not have seen the previous part, they are really well edited and do tell a compelling story of hopefully success in the end^^

I really enjoy Mattos content, and with his new editor, it makes his content increasingly better each video. However, I feel like the old intro was really soothing, especially considering the fact that as an Australian, Matt releases his videos around the time I head to bed and I watch his video before sleeping, so hearing Matt wish me the best along with the music and Woofles/Hat Kid dancing was nice. I do like Matts new outro though, don't get me wrong, I just hope he'd use the old outro again every once in a while. Anyways, I personally wish everyone who reads the comment all the best. :)

Matto really needed to get explosive rounds for the pump shotgun. For some reason it freezes everyone in the office when you go to get the weapons.

Not just faster, but slightly faster🤯
With the oppressor, to stop it falling: When you dismount, wait for a second next to it and don't press any movement inputs. You'll notice the bike will stand properly on its legs and not roll over slightly. That should stop it rolling off the sub. Just wait until your dismount animation to finish before you use any movement inputs
Editing is underrated, considering you do this same setup every time and it’s still entertaining
Small thing to note, you showed the wrong pb time at the start, which made me think this was old footage, then i checked the splits and saw 20:34 (the previous episode shown time). Just wanted to let you know

Have you considered taking the image frames from your Sparrow's on boat position, and if it succeeded or not and analyzing that info to find out the heatmap of where the sparrow should be for success?

I remember when setting up slipstreams for the story mode speedrun was banned cus it was preperation before the timer starts and now here we are filling the city with 10 mil worth of boats for an hour.
The speed run strats are breaking my mind. How these things work… job teleport, switch to first person, vehicle spawning in intel…

The prep for stopping the long and tedious set up missions is just as long and tedious as doing the long and tedious set up missions.

hey matt i dont know if you are aware but around the 10 minute mark where theres subtitles for the guard it only shows why and then shows the full setence for a split second.
matto, if you choose the marksman loadout, you will never get the merrywheather one for the weapons setup, that means less boats

It has a large hull that can safely hold it.

Low speed, low drag height gain? Pivot 90 left on your stick and hit the right aileron. So the maneuver is like turning right (which is up) without using your stick.

i dont speedrun cayo perico, but, during the weapon stealing portion, u can not alert the guards by killing the 1 guard by the front desk and then the 2 guards in front, and then just shoot the guard on the left by the window. i also use a silenced pistol for this. this is how i do my cayo pericos and it’s really fast. if this doesnt work in the speedrun oops, but it might save u a couple seconds and be more consistent, worth a shot.

Im doing cayo perico heist solo and to be honest the prep is what take the more time. For the heist itself it now take me 25 minutes with full bag. So now I want to learn how to skip/teleport in the prep. Just out of couriosity, how long does it take to place all the 17 boats? Seems to me that it takes more time than just do the preps normally.
