Hi Ravi, thank you for your valuable insights! I’m considering a 2 bedroom 1 Garage in Artarmon (train line, excellent primary school). Is 950-960k too high for this?
If you invest the same amount of money for a house or a unit ( which would probably be 2 or more ) you would get the same return on your cash amount ! So basically they would be the same ! What I mean is if you buy a house fro 1 mil or 2 units at 500 , 000 the cash return from a house would be 8 % which is the same value of 2 X 4 % , only difference is you have diversified your investment , which usually is a safer bet!
There’s hundreds of units in Macq Park, most offering nothing unique. Prices mostly likely have been rising due to the metro connections to the city. Will likely grow but, I think at $1M - I would defs be buying elsewhere:)
I am considering buying a 2 bedroom apartment in parra for around 500k. With the new infrastructure tram metro and rental rises, would this be a smart idea for an investment property
I bought my 2 bed 2 car apartment in Brisbane in a decent location for 500 in 22 now it’s sitting around 800 I call that a win!
Beauty! Well done!

Houses are much more expensive to maintain and repair and also more expensive to buy with a lower yield. Depends on investment goals.
What would you consider to be unique features in units?
He explains on the video - water views, low density complexes

Do you think house prices will double by 2028?
Hi Ravi, Macquarie Park is a good location? Average 2bed apartments $1m-$1.2m
