Currently have a mortgage of 730k have had offers for over 950k. Would selling and jumping into rentvesting be crazy. Potentially buy 2 properties straight up and savings from not having a mortgage that was over 1k a week.
Shares give you 11% return per year for the last 50 yrs. Property investing after expenses, negative gearing, leverage, etc is less than 11% per year.
What if u own a home for 10 years can u rent it out and Rentvesting? Build wealth buy more properties?
