I started smoking at 8, my father ❤was the Marlboro man, he made everything look so easy. Then I asked if I could have one of those. I coughed at first but I did it to be famous and I was, for a time. Quit smoking at 38, I’m 61 now and have COPD, but I loved every minute of it🙌😎🤗
I gave up smoking by replacing cigarettes with lollipops this keeps your hands busy mimicking the way you used yo smoke.took a while but worked and I was smoking 40 a day for25 years give it a go you might surprise yourself 😊
Wellbutrin works AMAZING to help quit, obviously for some people, every body is different.. but for me was amazing!

I was made to smoke cigarettes by a bully he told me smoke it or I will beat you up. I was 11 years old.

@@jaya-squishiehuntr019Crazy? they said discipline, not punishment or abuse. Discipline means rules, routines, those things make kids safe because they prepare them for the future, makes them know what to expect from their parents and what is expected from them, and overall it makes them feel care for and important to their parents when they eventually realize “shit, other kids have parents that actually guide them through life and mine don't”. There have been many experiments where kids are left alone with no adult supervision and they even make their own rules to keep some sense of order beetween themselves, it's not a “crazy idea” it's a very well known fact that kids need and appreciate discipline even if they themselves don't notice it.
