Nice idea. Wese, a well engineered system is a low maintenance and robust system. Cement ki canopy bana ke, side mei ventilation ke liye openings hoti tou truly low maintenance system hota. Future mei kabhi gher ke gents kisi kaam mei busy ho aur gher pe mostly ladies aur bachhe ho,aise mei agar glass crack ho jata hei tou un logo ko samajh nahi ayega ki repair kese kerwaaye. aise mei baarish ka pani waherah poora ander ghusega. abhi ke liye thik hei par truly 10,20 saal ke liye no maintenance system ke hisab se cement ki canopy zyada practical hoti.
Thanks of your comments and suggestions Sr. It is strong system due to high thick Toughned glass and SS frame, so maintenance will be low always and less chance of damage.
Sir there are changes for the insets, reptiles and bugs to enter from the Gap you have shown all four sides , do you have any suggestions for same please share … thank you so much …

Kuch Dino baad glass bottom se ganda ho jayega aur saaf karne ka koi provision nahi.

Yes. Easily tiles ke frame par SS frame fix kar denge to complete pack ho jayega. Glass ka Color se aap sunlight bhi manage kar sakte hai easily

Sir, it is very easy to install. You just need to show to your local Fabricator and they will install you first the MS steel grill during the time of linten casting, and then after preparation of slab, the glass with SS frame can be fitted very easily.

Thanks Sr. Nahi jayega because aap glass ko 3-4 inch structure se bahar rakhiye aur air ventilation openings keval 2 inch ka. Also aap taper dhaal ke tarah bhi frame lagayenge to water chances will 100% proof.
increasing the height by a couple extra inches and adding an angular slope , would retain its sturdiness while increasing the amount of airflow. but it's good regardless

Yes Sr. Already given gap upto 2 inch for air ventilation. You can see in video where i shown all 4 directions gaps for ventilation.

Actually ye maine socha tha, par aap samajh sakte ki pehle linter se lekar ye arrangement banaane tak open chorna padta. Isliye pehle gril lagaya. Baaki isse kaafi terrace kaafi safe thi. Aur night me niche se bhi iska look kaafi accha dikhta hai. Main aapko pics send karunga

Better make 2 feet height and then provide ventilation gaps

Hello sir, I wanted to construct such an open space for 8x7 roof area, but thinking about how it will look like and how to do it, can you please help me out regarding that?
I am a Mechanical Engineer and made this my patent design and installed at my village home to help the society people as Free of Cost, so that they can take this design advantage. Regarding installation you may just call your nearby steel fabricator. As per the market rate it will only 1100 rs/ sqft including steel, glass and installation and total price will be of total area.

Ma’am, no any issue of high heat of Sun because it is Toughned glass.
Also no any issue of rain because glass dimensions covered more dimensions than open space.

Agar hai ya nahi to bhi aap thik isi tarah terrace cover kar sakte hai. Kyunki ek side wall hone se bhi 2/3 side se ventilation sufficient rahega. Koi issue nahi hoga

Thodi height bada sakte hain. garmiyo me jyada hawa milegi. Chaaro taraf se jaali laga sakte hain height bada kar.

लिंटर काटना बहुत ही दुर्लभ कार्य है, और लिंटर कमजोर भी होगा। इसलिए आप पहले ही जगह अनुसार ओपनिंग दे दीजिए, तथा उसमे ये ऑप्शन दे दीजिए। और इससे संबंधित किसी बात कि लिए आप पूछ सकते है।

Sr. It is joining by Silicon sealant. And steel frame fabricated and upon it larger (than steel frame size) glass is fixed. So no worries for its any leakage etc. silicon sealant is excellent options for joining and withstand all temperatures and climate.

Bilkul Sr. Issse aapko niche se glass view bhi accha milega, koi saman direct niche bhi nahi girega. Aur ventilation ke liye gap rakhne se air ventilation bhi milta rahega. Bas aap 6 to 8 inch ka thoda down kar ke gap rakhiyega taaki cleaning mahine 4 months me ek baar ho jae

Bilkul sahi kaha aapne Sr. Iske liye SS ka edge kaafi smooth hai, because iska edge utna sharp nahi hota, aur agar jyada risk lage due to narrow area to aap only agal bagal 4 plants ke chote gamle rakh sakte hai.

Agr isme one side open close krne ka bhi option hota toh aur bhi accha hota.

Chat mein paani bhara agar jyada baarish hui to paani ventilation se andar aayega, thoda ucha banna tha.
Sir, thanks of your comments. As you have seen I already put much slope towards north side so there is no possibility of water congestion and water always flow very easily even heavy rain too. Others can increase little height as per their situation.
