Hehe, Zooropa and Pop got nothing to do with Grunge. The Temple Bar edit of Who’s Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses actually was the single version. That should’ve been on the 1990-2000 compilation, but instead they thought it to be necessary to include some arbitrary album tracks on it...
Zooropa has dropped a bit for me since it came out in ‘93. I still enjoy Zooropa, Dirty Day, The First Time and even The Wanderer. But there are some misses there for me; Babyface for instance is one of my least favorite songs by them. Of their 14 studio albums, I place Zooropa #9.
Nice ratings, good to hear with someone who has strong opinions, even if I don't always agree. Definitely "Achtung Baby" should top the list. "Pop" could have been a lot better than it turned out, I feel they should have stuck with the techno-pop sound throughout. Instead it sounds like it's about half techno-disco-pop, half "other stuff" and that weakens it. I agree that "Gone" is a strong track on that album. I also agree that "Zooropa" is really bad, I don't get the love that some people have for that. And I've always liked "October", it sounds like you had second thoughts while talking about that one. Frankly I'd have put "October" in my top 3 U2 albums, strangely enough. But it's always fun to see different opinions, and you make the case for yours.
For me it's Achtung Baby 1 Joshua Tree 2 Unforgettable Fire 3 Zooropa 4 October 5 BOY 6 War 7 ATYCLB 8 Pop 9 Rattle and Hum 10 Songs of Innocence 11 No Line On The Horizon 12 Atomic Bomb 13 Songs of experience 14

Great comments
Are they all last place?
I take it you don’t like dance music then
Nice and calmly put there pal 🤣
Also, October is massively underrated.
Irish Republican Army is what IRA stands for 🙄
Bro, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Creed all bad?! Tell us how you really feel!
Well, he is right about Creed. They are garbage.
It's "No Line on the Horizon," not "No Lines on the Horizon."
What's grunge got to do with U2? You seem obsessed with it.
For me it's
Achtung Baby 1
Joshua Tree 2
Unforgettable Fire 3
Zooropa 4
October 5
BOY 6
War 7
ATYCLB 8
Pop 9
Rattle and Hum 10
Songs of Innocence 11
No Line On The Horizon 12
Atomic Bomb 13
Songs of experience 14
Adele sold vast amounts of CDs even in an era of streaming. Album sales have declined cos modern music is awful.
