I was amazed to learn that they are the only horse rescue in Spain! God bless them! There are too many abused horses there! I think God that they have a facility large enough to house all the abuse horses and ponies that that are turned into their sanctuary...it's heartbreaking to learn of their plight...
I have never known anyone so kind and giving, my heart truly goes out to these selfless rescuers changing their life’s plan to help these poor animals, truly bless their hearts. After watching this heartfelt video I have regain hope for man kind. These people are angels sent from heaven. Thank you so much for all that you do for these precious ponies and donkeys.

Baby doesn't have be used just for children or anything of a young age. People use baby for almost eveything, in replace of "it" or "they/them" or something either in pain or is really cute. Idk why. The American language is a strange one... and yet I speak it I still don't under stand it lol.

This is just heartbreaking to hear about this pony. My family adopts animals. We adopted my first horse from the Anna shelter. We were told that him and another horse were starved by their owner. The other horse had no tail but my horse had his tail and mane. And he was a very young horse. He’s now with me, being loved everyday with treats and weight grain. He loves to do liberty and barrel racing. Thank you for looking for horses and rescuing them

Hi Barbara, i have just got home from work and in our night newspaper teenagers have broken into a mans allotment and pulled the heads off 10 chickens...what the hell are people doing, sick in the head i think.

My dad has taken horse's an other animals. He has 13 acre's. The last 2 horse's died on 13 acre's well feed an loved so much my dad won't buy another horse it's to heart breaking the one horse old Bob a old rodeo horse had very few teeth left dad had hay an sweet feed ground up for the awesome fella he went out one night put the blanket over old bob, he turned to dad as to say thank you then died . My dad never to this day got over old bob... Dad a true man and animal lover my dad I love him.......

What a precious pony! It just breaks my heart to think about what this poor guy went through before he was rescued!! I think I would have named him Morris... because like a kitty he has nine lives!!

Fudge this is so funny. I did a part time doggy day care for a Corgi named Fudge. Good pup and I hope he's enjoying doggie heaven. I even had a stroller for him when his back legs quit working. So we traveled every where.

Fudge? Odd. He is beautiful, looks like a palomino! His mane is beautiful and his coat is beautiul. I don;t think of fudge as being like a palomino. Guess I think of fudge as chocolate! But I am so glad he is loved at last.Good story. And thanks to the people who love his and care for him.
Fudge touched my heart as did the incredible people who saved him and give him a life of love.
It is such a sad story, it always breaks my heart reading and seeing how horses, ponies, mules, donkeys are mistreated and discarded. They are so helpless. I was pleased to see how this Pony has now a good and cared for life. I am so glad that people like you exist. A very touching video, and what a beautiful pony she is now.

With this types of abuse just happening to horses it was to be happening on other animals as well.. Shame on the people for letting this happen all animals. Shame on the goverment of the country on the people. Except very few that do something to change this horriable behavior that the people are doing. That includes not reporting it

How could anyone w/ a heart do that to such sweet animals?! Some people should never own animals especially horses/ponies. I would love to find the people that did that to those poor babies b/c I can guarantee you they would regret everything they did. Thank god there's still good people out there willing to help & rehabilitate them b/c it's not easy. That field definitely needs to be cleaned so that they're not rolling in their manure & it's not good for them to be ingesting all that dirt/sand while picking at the fallen hay.
Crystal Roy. A horse is never free from pain. A horse’s beauty is a horse’s curse.
People who ride and respect their horse. The horse still feels pain. Being forced to walk, trot, canter, jump, have weight on their back, a metal object in their mouth and yanked on. As well as spurs dug into their side.
Horse racing. Professional horse shows. Horse racing can damage or kill a horse, the forced running at a young age, they can break or sprain their legs which leads to euthanizing the horse. Horse shows, getting that large trot with a largely lifted foot...those shoes have nails going onto the soft spot of their hoof, where they can feel pain. And it causes them to lift their leg up higher. Horse rodeos, they put a halter on and keep their head up all night or on some occasions even days without seeing natural light, the muscles in the horses neck becomes heavy and pushes their head down, leading to pain in the back, on the neck, and causing them to be more alert and wanting to avoid being ridden, as well as causing them to buck.
A horse’s beautiful is a horse’s curse. Sadly enough it’s true.
Ring Ring the Dutch Angel Dragon Look you're preaching to the choir. If you're a true horseman/horsewoman, know how to ride, use a halter only & don't use any whips, tie downs or blinders & aren't heavy enough to hurt your horses back, they're fine. I do not jump, race or show my mare & never will b/c it's not natural & not right. Yes, she's a beautiful Overo paint but my horse is very far from abused or neglected. Like I said if you know horses & truly care about them & their wellbeing then a simple ride isn't going to hurt them by any means.
Crystal Roy. I also do not show or jump. I just rode for fun and help with training. I never have and never will use a whip for training or riding (crop) A simple ride actually can hurt a horse. Depending on the shape and size of the horse a saddle can hurt its back if ridden with it. Using a *bit* also hurts a horse. I’ve seen many people come to me for help with training their horse in spite of the horse already trained. Whenever that happens. I️ ask what they use while riding...the second I hear bit is the second I know they have been riding wrong.

It's nice the rescued equines are able to live in a herd. That's almost as important as food, water and exercise.

so sad and heartbreaking how folks treat animals sometimes. I can't take all the abuse that is out there in the world. Thats why I have rescued some from slaughter or at risk.... it just breaks my heart. I'm glad he got saved.... poor baby
