Yet another great set of question by Erik. For years I’ve wanted to know what Erik asked about Tom’s ability to just instantly go there to the “OoBE” state
OMG ..Eric has elaborated on exact issues I experience when thinking of going to Toms park for me..as tom elaborates later it's being able to trust myself to be creative
This is where I diverge when we start to equate imagination with OBEs. By using Monroe's techniques I have literally left body and mind, even inadvertently committing phowa, witnessing some things happen which were later evidenced by actual physical reality. Imagination happens in the brain, made of the way we understand memory data of sensory impressions. Real life is not affected by our imagination whereas leaving the brain behind and going outside of it constitutes "outside" of body and brain. Try it, Sylvan Muldoon and Heward Carrington did experiments where one would leave the body and view a target, or try to knock on a table and the other would count.
You must understand that all is made of mind. In that sense, whether it’s imagination, “real life”, or an OBE, they are all in the same playing field. And they are all a false reality because the only true reality is the awareness of it all
@@karmasutra4774 Keep at it, there isn't one specific technique that works for everybody. Perhaps try waking up every 60-90 minutes, walk around, sit back down and go at it again. Get as far towards/into sleep paralysis as you can.
In my fantasy we are living on a tropical island with our beautiful children and we are spreading a lot of love and joy ❤ so try to come here instead its fun 😁
A Qu Tom: Is there something you do to shift from the scene being your creation to one that has elements/ characters/ actions that you didn't consciously imagine? B/c although we use our imagination to create a place, an experience, then as you talked you were describing it having attributes etc that you didn't, at least consciously create, ie the people at the diner who were eating something that you didn't know b/c you hadn't imagined that part. That "stage" then seems like a different place, a Different type of place than just one where YOU created everything, is it?
Knew it for a long time. Thank you for the confirmation. When driving. Reading a book. Or hearing a lectures. These realities seem easy to see. All thoughts. Are recorded. Real. They count… not that innocent. Makes us think. Why our attention is fought for. Entertainment… brings on a knew meaning.
I assume one could stumble into Tom's Park without having previously heard/thought of it right? Or is your ticket to enter the park the thought of it specifically?
I find it really hard to stay focused on a mental image because my thinker is always trying to be one step ahead. I can't relax into the imagery. Any suggestions?
It starts with a thought, so be aware what you wish for, what you think about and where you put your energy in. Many religions mention this, cause it's the effect that comes after, not so much a religious dogma.
"...you generate high entropy for them, and low for you, this generates paradoja or paradox in them, but not in you, then high paradoja or paradox in you; because you are playing with the enne, I believe...".
Seeing Toms laugh at Erik's first question... and say "hahaha intellectualism...understand that all mental spaces are equally real and that you can create real mental spaces with your imagination." MIKE DROP PEOPLE... that is it. If you have any doubts or questions re read this response.
Memory is formed from REAL or perceived as real experiences (as in dreams)...not imagined ones....If I remember what I had for tea today, that doesn't mean I've just imagined what I had for tea. 😂
The worst teachers for lucid dreaming and astral projection are the people who have a natural talent for it. They can't relate to, or identify, what is blocking the ability in other people and how to fix it.

Danke!

Now... Listening to this, I think I create my realities in the dream. They are messy, limited, partial, but now they make sense to me
Thank you Dr. Campbell! Visualizing going to the Monroe Institute to master the skills. 🙏💖
Tom isn't a doctor.
12:50 how to go out of body

LOL Love it. Its not easy though. Be yourself.

I have been trying with all the Monroe techniques and doesn't seem to be something I can do. Wish

Hi Tom, just wondering what are your thoughts on Vipassana meditation? any advise for people considering this technique?
“Thought crimes” is a religious notion. It’s one of the reasons i deconstructed.
It starts with a thought, so be aware what you wish for, what you think about and where you put your energy in.

So we haven't have someone on our Discord for MBT yet?

This happened to me in Spain, I generated paradoja or paradox when I was talking in english in some spanish a site.

Memory is an imaginal act. Because all that exists is the now moment

@@PixelatedExistence my point is that other than the NOW moment, every thing is imaginal, not saying it’s not real, but maybe a better term is mental.
