- Welcome to my latest video, where I share a days in my life and what I've been enjoying. I bake a delicious blackberrry and apple crumble and share lots of breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas.

Mutton & veg curry ingredients:
1kg mutton
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 tin petits pois & baby carrots
2 onions
3 tomatoes
Whole spices (1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 3 cloves)
1/2 tablespoon salt
Powdered spices (1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder)
1 tablespoon garlic & ginger paste
500ml water
Blackberry & Apple crumble ingredients:
250g blackberries
350g apples (3 granny smith)
100g butter
100g Plain Flour
100g Porridge oats
1 tspn Ground cinnamon
50g caster sugar
50g light brown soft sugar
Tuna Mac n Cheese ingredients
500g macaroni
60g butter
60g plain flour
600ml milk
1 tspn each salt, garlic granules, onion granules, mixed herbs, Ground White Pepper, smoked Paprika, English mustard
2 cups Grated Cheddar
2 tins tuna
1/2 cup sweetcorn

Put milk into your leftover chocolate spread bottles and make milkshake instead of washing them with bits of chocolate still inside… 🧋🧋🧋
I do that with chocolate spread and peanut butter and add to porridge 🙂
