Prof. Koshy Thalakal is an eminent professor in Malayalam and a renowned orator and writer. He has authored more than twenty books and has written over 250 songs, which continues to give solace, peace, and joy to many. As a convention speaker, he has witnessed our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, even from his career in Bishop Moore College, Mavelikara, to millions of people in various parts of India and all over the World. Most of his songs were written while praying during personal trials and tribulations, without the use of any musical instruments. The words and the tune come to him spontaneously. His famous song “Nanma allathonnum cheythidathavan,” which is translated into various languages, was written during his wife’s heart surgery.
