If raped and telling Dad you lied about where you were so he'd come and get you, you're bound to tell him why and he'd drive straight to the police. Yet he has nothing to say? Her lawyer can claim he tried mediation asking for no money but that's because they hope to elicit an admission THEN go for money. The US is notorious for suing with famous people settling then others believe it's guilt. That was Michael Jackson's biggest mistake. The outcome when he forced a trial was the opposite. Amber Heard made really horrific claims - all a pack of lies. So can others.

The only thing that makes this plausible is when she stated she hit him in the throat. 1st that's an odd place to mention. Most girls say they hit for the nads or the eyes etc but she's
the first that I've heard talk about striking or at least managing to strike the throat, aka, very specific.
2nd in combat (not typical martial arts) the throat is a key point because it's very fragile. You can't build muscle around your throat. Neck yes, throat no and this isn't taught to your
average person because it takes very little effort for the strike to be potentially lethal or in other words, a weak girl striking out in panic and managing a direct strike to the throat
would be the ONLY thing that would potentially disorient a much stronger target. Doesn't matter if your drugged up or drunk, if you can't breathe or are having a hard time breathing
then it doesn't matter if you can bench a thousand pounds, you won't be doing much other than gasping and hurting.
    Still she needs proof.

I learned early on in my teens that "Believe all women" is bull crap. My younger cousin told my aunt I tried to "get into her pants" after a Christmas Eve party. When my aunt told her I was not at the party, she said, "Oh, I didn't mean John, it was Dave!" ... Dave's girlfriend was with him at that party, yes, but they left early and my cousin said it happened when Dave gave her a ride home (alone) in his car AFTER the party.
When it was proven that it couldn't have been my other cousin Dave, she said, "I meant it was that friend Dave brought to the party!" ... Dave only brought his girlfriend, not any other guy.
Years over years this same female cousin of mine would claim someone tried to sexually assault her, and the pattern became clear. Her older sister, my other cousin, was always getting awards for her equestrian skills in competitions. When there would be a celebration party or any other get-together where the older sister was getting all the attention, that one cousin would come up with a "This guy tried to SA me"... she was seeking attention and sympathy whenever her sister was in the spotlight.
I was 15 when I learned you cannot "believe all women". I'm 56 now and over the decades have seen far too many news stories where the female accuser was proven to be lying. Be it about SA or racist logos, it turns out to be fabricated or she was the one who left the threatening logo or symbol... like Juicy Smollet and his "This is MAGA country!" stunt.

There aren’t many things in this world that truly infuriate me. Women lying about being assaulted is one of them. Am I completely off base by feeling that it’s about the same as SA in and of itself? The more claims that turn out to be lies (happens A LOT in Hollywood and the music industry so it’s being widely known) the more real victims are ignored and bi proxy the more actual r@pists stay free to perpetrate again. Every lying ass woman who makes that shit up is essentially directly helping perpetuate SA. Not to mention the men who aren’t guilty having their reputations ruined. I’d like to give them something to cry about in the form of two knuckle sandwiches, but maybe that’s just me.

    • @TheReluctantVlogger

And when it comes to women sharing these experiences with other women… you can tell immediately who’s lying and who isn’t. The second I hear a victim’s story I get a gut feeling about it. There’s just a certain way real victims speak and act and I personally find the difference between a real victim and a liar to be extremely noticeable. Side note; what are the chances that a 13 year old girl escapes the clutches of two grown men and one woman? And her father has no memory of that night? I find that very hard to believe.

I just want to point out some common sense here, people. When a rapper has actual gang roots, what do you think that means? A lot of criminal activity is glorified in stuff like mafia movies and rap music. And a ton see them as simple businessmen selling party favors, no biggie. Well, each person in a gang chooses to what extent they break the law so some do just move packages, but generally speaking, they will do ANYTHING that has the proper risk-reward ratio just as long as it does not victimize anyone they need to have good favor with. Packages are just popular, because it has a pretty good risk-reward ratio. Yeah, they'd mug your grandma if she were wearing a US$50k Rolex -- or you. They'll groom - many real gang members get arrested for loitering outside of high schools with troubled kids in it. That's what a P does. Basically, they are brutal sociopaths. Any victim in any way just as long as the risk-reward seems good enough.
What do you think it means to be a criminal and have money on your mind? It means do anything to make money, morals and conscience aside. And not just dirty business practices, which are a gray area that is legal in society. I mean actual abuse of people - stuff heinous enough to be illegal. And like any generalization, yes, some just stuck with supplying trees, because they aren't that heartless. But a good chunk go far beyond that. It's the name of the game.

That girl got interviews by one of the news outlets and they tried to confirm her story. One of the pieces of info was that she was 5 hours away and had to have her dad get her. The dad said he would have remembered this and says it never happened, “I would have remembered my daughter going 5 hours away and having to get her”

Her own father said he did not pick her up. The location where she claims her father picked her up from is 5 hours from where they lived. Her dad said he’d remember if he had to drive 5 hours to pick her up.

19:20 if the dad denied a call like that, it proves witness protection failed. Duh. Witness protection programs are no match for a billionaire who can pay anybody off or pay $20k to shoot you or something. Why do people make reactions like these things aren't possible. Put two and two together.

Or the girl didn't tell the dad that she was raped that night. He might have forgotten because of that. Maybe the girl told him she went to a party but didn't tell him what happened at the party until much later.
