An Oregon Coast Trail Story | Walking with Tides

In 2021, we set out for a SOBO thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. When forest fires closed the state of California, we decided to hitchhike to the Oregon coast and follow the Oregon Coast Trail.

Gorgeous! Personally, I'd prefer the coast over the mountains 9 times out of 10. And coastal PNW is about as pretty as it gets.

I'm born and raise in SW WA so I have swam at - or at least visited - out of these spots. I've met PCT hikers on the OCT, and camped there myself. Thanks for visiting and enjoying (our) little corner of the world :D
