Glad this video helped you. Mine still going well after a few years. I would give my lawn a quick cut every odd week and I don't bother with the grass box.
@FiachNolan1 only bad thing with them is the grass box. I no longer use mine. I just skim over my lawn every 2 to 3 weeks and let the trimming remain on the ground.
Thank you my friend l was pulling my hair out l brought a spear and jackson almost the same the instructions are awful so l checked on youtube you,ve sorted it for me 🙂✊️
Glad to hear that this video helped you. It's almost 2 years now since I made this video and I'm glad to say that my push mower is still going well. I don't use the grass box and just skim over my lawn every 2 weeks or so.
Thank you so much for this video, I'm hopeless at following instructions lol 😂 I'm waiting 4 mine to arrive today ,hope I can work it out lol 😆 we'll see
Good video. I've just cut the grass for the first time with it. It's not cutting as well as I'd like despite adjusting the settings. Is it a case of trial and error?
Hi. Depending on how tall your grass it you might have to ajust the hight to start with. I would keep my grass short so I would usually skim over it every two weeks or so and I don't bother with the grass box. When keeping it short it means the grass can be cut even if its wet, unlike a electric mower
Glad it help Sally. I dont use the grass box with mine. I just skim over the grass every 2 weeks during the Summer and it takes no time, min cleaning and the short cutting help feed the lawn. If you cut pushing towards your paths then no brushing up needed either.
Hi Kiara. Well Done. Very few people ever get to the end of one of my videos, they always telling me that they are too long, but I find it hard to cut bits out. 😊
@@AustellHendersonthank you Austell. I used the mower for the first time yesterday after watching your video. Excellent job. Got it nice and short for overseeing. Just need to find some good top soil now to level out the bumps xx
Glad it helped. I would skim over my grass every 2 weeks at this time of the year, then no need to lift the grass cutting. It will also cut in the wet, so no excuse, get the waterproofs on and keeper short.👍
Hi Comol. When I made the video it was going to be for a Amazon Review, because I was just anoyed at the instructions, as far as putting on the handle, so I myself was using it for the first time. To ajust the height is very easy. Its just a knob on both side's of the front roller and all you do is losen both knobs and the roller just slides to the height you want, then tighten again. Only thing I can say now that Im used to using it is to keep it low and just scoot over your lawn every couple of weeks, before the grass gets too long. Its so quick to do as theres no messing about with power leads and its alot easier to clean. It will even cut while its raining. That way you dont need to pick up the grass cutting. Its better for your lawn to leave them as the nitrogen from the clipping goes back into the soil, to feed the new grass. When cutting upto a path its better to cut toward the path so the grass cutting dont go onto the path, then there will be no need to brush the path after. I like life to to handy. Hope that helps you.
Glad the Video helped. Like all things from Amazon, If your not in a rush, wait until the price is right. I paid around £38 when I got mine but Amazon keeps moving the price. You could even set a alert and they will let you know when the price has dropped.
Glad you like the review. I've used mine a few times now. I don't bother about the grass box, but I give the lawn a quick run over every week, and the cutting are so small that they quickly rot away. As the old clipping rot, they release the nitrogen back into the soil, so handy for me, good for the soil and helps the environment. Let me know how you get on. You'll be surprised just how easy it is to push. The one thing I have since learned is to cut towards a path and not the other way round. Then you won't need to brush the grass of your path. Good to know that someone found the review helpful.
Glad you liked the review. I just tell it as it is. I cut my grass quickly, every week, without using the grass box and it's much quicker. No need for extension leads.
It's not heavy enough. I've never tried as I'm no gardener. One person left a comment on putting cement into the rear roller and not to cut the grass to low, then it would do stripes. Cant see it beening worth the hassle. Hopes that helps
Thanks for you comment and glad it helped. It was one of those video that I never ment to make only for the instruction where doing my head in and I was just going to send it as a what app message, then I thought I'd do a amazon review so that it might help others.
Hi Pete. Mine still going well but dont overpay. Amazon will reduce them a few times every years. With their Bosch promotion. I got mine last year for £34 as it was reduced to £44.99 but they offered me a money off coupon. Ive just checked and seen that amazon are now charging £54.99. They had a bosch promotion a few weeks ago and i bought a new drill for £63.99. It now costs £88.49 and thats with 33% off.
Hi. Hold off until Amazon have their next Bosch promotion. They usually have 2 to 3 a year. Their last one was a few weeks ago, and I got a cordless hammer drill for £63.99. Todays price is rrp price £126 and with 30% off £88.49. I dont know who makes up these prices, but as a general rule, if you need it youll overpaid so buy when cheap. When I got my lawn mower i got a voucher off its discounted price of £44.95, leaving it only costing me £33.99
Hi Arya. I bought mine from Amazon. Amazon stock and sell it themselfs. At the monment they are charging £54.99, but if you can wait a while, them save the idea to a amazon wish list and wait for the next Bocsh promotion, which usually happens a few times a year, then the price will be reduced. Hopes that helps
I am not sure your accent, but that guy speak in English accent so natural English speach. For me also little be hard to understand but this is just Graet Britan guy.
Hi TA, I'm from Northern Ireland (UK) which is a harder accent to understand, as most people outside of the country don't often hear it. People from Scotland & England settle here Northern Ireland just over 400 years ago, so depending on what county your in, the accent would have ulsterscots (Scotland) a wee bit of Shakespeare, (English) & even some Galic words, which wouldve been the local language at that time, but the Schools have been trying to to get to proper English for the last 60 years or so. Google would have problems putting subtitles to me so if you understand some of what I said, Well done. If you listen to a few more Northern Ireland folk then you will quickly be able to pick it up.
Hi Barton, In Northern Ireland we have the choice of being British, Irish (as being a citizen of the Republic of Ireland) or both. We can apply for both a Uk and Irish Passport. Regardless of which nationality or both that people here choose, We remain part of the United Kingdom. Its full name is the United Kingdom of Great Braitain and Northern Ireland. We also, unlike Braitain, still remain part of the European Union. I could also claim to be off Ulster Scots. Life can be complicated.
grip bar is upsidedown, reverse it@@AustellHenderson this model of gripbar is china model, europe model is flat gripbar; I give you a little tips: drill holl on brackets to increase mowing height up to 5,5-5,7cm; fill the plastic bottom tube with sand to make it more heavier to leave "tracks" as you mow, good luck
I got one too bloody useless send it back get a refund and buy yourself a oypla hand garden mower works a treat and £20.00 cheaper than the bosch no useless pram handle either I found using a bosch. Too hesvy. Stops suddenly for no reason. Over priced and total crap.
Thank you for actually explaining each step, unlike most reviews. Quick assembly and works like a charm👌🏾
