Can you please suggest how many batteries should I use to get around 22v 20Ah capacity to use it in a DIY TPA3116 2.1 boom box. You dont need to use balance wires. Bms does balance automatically and just connect 24v adpater to BMS p+ p- terminal

I believe the BMS here is only useful for discharge protection and if you only use the power supply for charging.
read the datasheet...not used you believe...this board can chager with direct output with 25.5v on datasheet...what the funtion if your buyying this board if cant charger with this...i know..any board just protect overdischarge...

Nice video about how to make a multi cell battery pack :)
Just a couple of points:
1) Many people don't have spot welders if they are not going to be making lots of battery packs, and they are relatively expensive to buy. I assume that the old fashioned way of connecting batteries together, by soldering, should be fine? As I've seen many other channels solder batteries together (prior to them getting spot welders).
2) Balance chargers like the Imax B6 and Turnigy Accucel 6 have either Li-Ion or Li-Po modes. For most modern packs, the Li-Po mode is better as the Li-Ion mode undercharges the cells to 4.1V, instead of the full 4.2V.

Yes you can. In fact 7 or 8 is better than 6 because 7 x 3.7v = 25.9v instead of the 6 @ 22.2V, which is harder on the batteries. I don't know what amperage he's getting but it can't be greater than 1.2 or so.

How to make a 24v 14Ah with these bms protected battery packs how much of 3.2V 3000mAh batteries would I need to make a 24v 14Ah Battery pack ?
The first you need to connect 5 cell battery 3.2V 3000mAh, you do 8 pack like that. And then you connect series 8 pack together. Finnaly You have 25,6V (3.2X8), 15Ah (3000x5).
So I see that you have connected a volt meter to the battery pack and a charging port, how exactly do I connect something that needs power, let’s say... LED strips

6 x 3.7 = 22.2VDC. To get 24V you stress the batteries and decrease the amperage below rated value. However, if you used 7 batteries instead, you won't stress the batteries and get the actual amperage. It's a tradeoff. Increase one, and you decrease the other.
3.6v...4.2 on fully charge...4.2v x 6s = 25.2v

Why 6 batteries ? Why not 7 or 8?. 36V system uses 10 batteries. 12 V batteries must be charges to about 14.2 V.
Well at least now you are using a proper charger...
This setup is stupid because this bms Has balancer already and charging it with balancig conector will destroy it.
I know because i made the same battery and after 1 day one cell starter to Explode after charging. In the next day 2 next batteries did the same.
This board does not have balance function. You can see here:goo.gl/Psz8fK . On the 5 line of specifications: Balanced charge: None
