NKP 765 October 1, 2022

Tested out the Sony A7-IV on a train chase. I think it performed flawlessly and kept up with the fast paced action well. The Nickel Plate Road 765 spent the late summer/early fall running excursions on the Indiana & Northeastern Railroad in Ohio,Indiana, and Michigan. We were trackside for two of these trips and captured several locations along the way. This is a sample of what I viewed.

Great video. Loved the second shot where you have the camera in the middle of the tracks and the train goes over it. I noticed the last blue car (#300 observation car) it says Roanoke on it. I'm taking a good guess here that it's from my area, Roanoke, Virginia? I also noticed the Norfolk and Western Railway logo on the back of the car.

Thanks David, the car Roanoke was restored by the N & W historical society. Im not sure where they are located.
