I think they have a Will and Jada marriage/arrangement but Wendy won't say things in public because she feels it's no ones business, they also have a young son (about college age soon), and if you tell jump offs my man is allowed to have jump offs they are going to flock out the wood work, but from what I witnessed with my own two eyes Nikki may be living in that house but it's in Wendy's name, and the items that she gets are from promotional things she gets from the show.
What's interesting to me is a while back Wendy got all emotional on the show one morning and alluded to something big happening and it seemed like she was hedging to say there was going to be a new baby in the Hunter household and she gave a time frame fro when she was going to break this big news and then suddenly it just was never spoken of again and I think it was a baby but Nikki didn't like the terms Wendy had for her having this baby (perhaps that she had to give the baby to her and Kevin and pretend like she was the nanny or something) and perhaps Nikki didn't want to do it and had an abortion because it makes no sense to me that she goes on vacations with them, has a bodyguard ( Kevin is Wendy's bodyguard most of the time, he's huge so that works) matching this and that and the third and can't have a baby, if she is that invisible why put a stop on the baby?
If Nikki was interested in blowing up Kevin all she has to do is use her phone and press record, set up video in her bedroom. Clearly she's comfortable in her position and is not looking to be wife #1 or she could have gone to the tabloids for the past nine years!
