As a muslim, i workout each time after praying salah, so everyday 5 times
1 set (no rest):
Before workout : 15 star jumps
1) 15 regular pushup
2) 10 wide pushup
3) 5 diamond pushup
4) 30 russian twist
5) 15 x reverse crunch and 15 x leg raise
6) 30 squats
End of workout : 15 star jumps
Include with quran recitation to help throughout your day! Allahu alam
Aye
But don't forget to read Quran after every salah and do tasabih that's important too
not a good idea to do it everyday brother. u need to rest the muscle when its sore and dont overtrain and can also ruin abit of your posture because since youre doing lots of pushups, that pec minor is gon contract and pull your shoulders forward and can lead to more injuries,i reccomend a channel called athlean-x he has alot of knowledge on fitness
do you have a job?
when did you start?
No pain no غ
lmao
Lol
lol
Lol good use of Arabic to english

We should all go to the ج once in a while.

You know what they say, no pع , no غ
hahahahah you guys made my day XD
Rasoolullah entered the battlefield when he was in his 50s. Imagine how fit he was! our body is an amanah from Allah and its our duty to keep it at its best shape for as long as possible.
*Raqeeb Ali* :-
*Angels* Helped Him in The Battle.
*He Was Not a Great Warrior.*
+srnp0007 The Angels assisted the entire Muslim army as a whole and that was only at the Battle of Badr. He (PBUH) was a very good fighter and immensely strong in that battle and many other battles that succeeded it.
+srnp0007 brother...go read the seerah...in the event of umrah ul Kadha, Rasoolullah ordered everyone to open their ihram on the right side to show they biceps and muscle. they were warriors at that time. this is what we follow in our hajj and umrah even today
ToxicBalloon360 :-
Nope !
Read Quran 3:125 ;
Yes, if you remain patient and conscious of Allah and the enemy come upon you [attacking] in rage, your Lord will reinforce you with five thousand angels having marks [of distinction].....
+srnp0007 Look at the context before quoting the Quran.
Ma Shâ Allah! I exercise 2h a day, 7 days. And because of my routine, I can get up for Fajr everyday without any procrastination. May Allah give me the heart, and strength to continue. Ameen.
great stuff!! keep it up
You need a rest day to allow your body to recover
@@ruhulbari1448 not really, you can excercise 4 hr a day with only regular sleep as your rest. Don’t spread falsehood.
Excercise doesn’t = gym working ur muscles to failure. Walking, running playing sport, lifting heavy items and helping around the house going to the shops and bringing back bags of groceries. All of this is excercise and requires 0 rest days. Don’t spread falsehood
This is one of the best videos I've ever seen. I'm not even Muslim but I always liked the positive messages in this channel. I even listen to the nasheeds. It's relaxing. It's soothing your soul. I usually listen to this channel when I'm tired or stressed out. It's full of positivity.
Yes, I am lazy when it concerns exercise and I procrastinate and this video gave me a lot of hope to start again. Whoever the speaker was, God bless him. What he said is true that's why he encourages exercise. It improves your self - image, it makes you in control, and when you're in control, you're happy. When you're happy, you're optimistic. When you're optimistic, you can achieve great things. Not just great but awesome things. When you can achieve great things, you get closer to God.
I'm not Muslim but Assalaam Alaikum! God bless you all!
Dexter Reyes best comment I read in 2017!!! :)
Dexter Reyes ... Wa alikum asalam

Peace be upon you Dexter
Don't take me wrong, i just want tell you one thing that liking will do nothing in your life unless you do or follow.

I'm a covered female and I absolutely love working out Alhamdulillah. It can be quite hard to find halal environments, but with a little digging around, becomes easy. Muay Thai and going to the gym, has really helped my health overall. Working out isn't about showing your body to the world - like the mentality of the west, rather it's about feeling good and confident in yourself... It starts with you.
Smiiile356
MashAllah.
Such is the beauty of Deen, everything can become ibadat if we just correct our intention (niyyat) for the sake of Allah. Imagine doing 10 pushups and that being written as a sawa'ab in our book of deeds!!
Great video! I have been working out for the past 6 months and lost 37lb, I feel extremely healthier and stronger, thanks to my hard work & Allah(swt)!
What's the main workout you did to lose all that weight brother?
Bob sapp
Hello, Honestly I would do cardio at the gym for 30 minutes to about an hour and worked out two body parts everyday. About 1-2 times a week I would go for 5-8Km bike ride.
Brother❤ please tell me about the work out steps and procedures and for how much time daily needs to do I means minimum time???
Hakkarî Kurdistanî may Allah make you a strength for this ummah
Hakkarî Kurdistanî good
I'm a tajweed quranic teacher been training for 30yrs

@@kaykay9280 bro, she'd been training for 34 years by the time she read your comment, if she read your comment 😂
Hitting the gym tomorrow!!!
same here
1 month later..still nothing😂
+nurfauzan danish spot on!😂 Story of my life🙈
better say InshaAllah.
+AAA 7 Yea the gym bye me blasts music like it's their job. I wear headphones and listen to recitation and lectures. Brother Mohamed Hoblos and Sheikh Omar El Banna I find to be helpful.
The best type of exercise for long term is strength and resistance training but Alhamdulilah atleast an Islamic channel made a video on this subject
LFA for the win.
Alhamdulilaah!
I like pilates and yoga
+ACEGamer777 burning fat is majority about the diet. You have to be in a calorie deficit whatever the exercise. You can still eat the foods you enjoy as long as you eat less calories than you burn. Strength and resistance training is better for the joints, skeletal muscle and longevity and overall health
+ACEGamer777 lift heavier weights and work on compound movements like deadlifts and squats. Look at powerlifting programs that's what I do or a simple 5x5 strength program. Check out UA-cam channels like 'Massthetics' and/or 'Kinobody' they might help.
S.. I have been started working out from past 20 days,, I don't feel lazyness for salah.. coz of activeness I am getting from exercise..and 80% of negative thoughts reduced ,, and becoming more optimistic,, and it is coz of my own dua to Allah which I have been asking to Allah for solutions of those lazyness and negative thoughts.. and Allah gave me solutions and iam happy.. Tq Allah.. :-) and bro I never ever expected this kind of video u make... which I have experiencing in my life tq :-)
Excellent motivational hutbah, well said: “Exercise for sake of Allah (swt).” Everything is for sake of Allah (swt).
I lost 9 stones in 6 months . Now I am an amateur boxer mash'allah.
can you please tell me what stones are?
The stone or stone weight (abbreviation: st.) is an English and imperial unit of weight now equal to 14 pounds (6.35029318 kg).
so he lost 9*14= 126lb = 57 kg
+TheNextGenNationI It's a measurement of weight. I think like 12 stone is 80kg ish.
arshad siddiqui 1 stone = around 6 kg
1 stone = around 14 pounds
90kg = 14 stones ish
Me and you are right. Speaking of which I need to lose weight and get to the gym. XD
When I used to stop training due to soreness, I would actually be sore longer than usual. Now that I push myself to go train even if I'm sore or don't feel like it, I find that I recover much faster. So if you're wondering whether you should skip just because you're sore, the answer is No. Get in there and smash that workout.
Thanks for the advice, I'm sure my boxing will improve if I put this into effect.
eat oranges before workout it helps reduce soreness
If your talking about weight lifting u should be fine after the first two weeks. but after that if u have trouble recovering I recommend glutamine.
Rest is important too, but it has been proven that working out, already sore muscles, increases blood flow in the muscle, which aids recovery.
that is some nonsense advice. if you are sore that is your body telling you to stop. over working it can and will lead to injury. if you meant lactic acid build up then you are not warming down properly.
leave the advice to people that know.
I dont know why but Masya Allah theres a 8 dollar Gym near my house, so cheap i mean what are the odds. I guess its a sign that I have to workout because the time has come to Worship Allah (swt) more, Insha Allah i will be more physicaly balanced and Do my prayers exclussively and More importantly On time. Lets Workout Brothers And Sisters :-) Salam alaykum to everyone and Live a healthy life Amenn.
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A strong believer is better and dearer to Allah than a weak one, and both are good. Adhere to that which is beneficial for you. Keep asking Allah for help and do not refrain from it. If you are afflicted in any way, do not say: 'If I had taken this or that step, it would have resulted into such and such,' but say only: 'Allah so determined and did as He willed.' The word 'if' opens the gates of satanic thoughts".

Subhanallah I just finished my daily workout and you've uploaded this video😂😊
best type of exercise is a sport based as in boxing or jiujitsu or muay thai etc.. these are some of the strongest AND stamina based people in the world
yep - wrestling is one of the toughest sports as well - they can take bullets with ease very high tolerance for pain
This man what he say 99% ture I been feeling it and Allah bless us with the health life
Alhamdulillah I just finished my stretching and kicking exercise, I'm going shopping then read my johar Salah then have a nap, Isha Allah wake up and do weight training. Insha Allah
Nice to see a video like this. Too many imams with stomachs big enough to fit a few small kids into. How can one lecture people on control of the nafs, when one is so obviously not in control of theirs.
After worship and family, it's the next best thing to do with your time. Everything in this video is correct....I even train during Ramadan. I was inspired by my friend and martial arts teacher, who trains everyday inside and outside of Ramadan. You will be surprised what the body can take, all you need is a positive frame of mind & go for it.
When you lift just dont use protein powders, creatine, mass gainers etc. I strongly believe that these supplements made some parts of my hair to fall out. This is not broscience. My father got a head full of hair, but mine is a bit weaker on my left side. Im only 18. Learn from my mistake brothers. Dont always rely on science. ONLY supplement you will ever need is regular food full of protein and other good nutrients. Multivitamins wont hurt you much either!
Very true, been there done that, By the way the body don't feel drastic change when you take breaks in working out when youre not using shakes for example as to when you use shakes, don't make the body depending on shakes you never know what nonsense a company put in it.
Supplements are just there for convenience you don’t rely on them what so ever and creatine is the most researched and safest supplement on the market more than protein powder and there are no science related studies connecting creatine with hair loss oh and by the way you never use mass gainers they are just bs
Historic "sports" practiced by Sahabah Kareem during warfare: walking, navigating, camping, hiking, marching, running, camel/horse-riding, archery, climbing, excavating, swimming, sailing, wrestling/martial arts and swordmanship. Also eating healthy food and not overeating etc... and Almighty Allah Swt and his Prophet Saw knows best.
That's the real exercise
Physical fitness
The Messenger of Allah (saaws) says:
"The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer and there is good in both" (Related by Muslim)
Physical fitness is part of the preparation for Jihad. What Jihad needs is not body builders. What Jihad needs is mujahideen who have the ability to walk for long hours, to run for long distances (important for guerrilla warfare), to sprint (important for urban warfare), and to climb mountains. The mujahid needs to be able to perform all of the afore-mentioned while carrying a weight. In Jihad lands such as Bosnia and Chechnya unfit brothers represented a burden on the mujahideen because they would slow down the whole group. Also the unfit can more easily fall in the hands of the enemy. So endurance exercises should take precedence over exercise for strength and flexibility.
Even if a Muslim is not going to fight, physical fitness is still important. For example, a fit person can withstand prison and torture more than a person who is not.
The early Muslims were fit since they led a military lifestyle. The companion Amr bin al Aas who opened Egypt in the time of Umar and was appointed as its governor used to say in Jumu'ah khutbah:
"I don't want to see any one of you gaining weight while your horse is losing weight. If I see that I will reduce your salaries accordingly"
So dear brothers, exercising with the right intention is an act of worship. Our sisters are not exempt from this. They also need to be fit and the Muslim community needs to work out halal alternatives for the sisters to exercise.
Great comment :)
it's still jihad
YOU ARE EXTREMELY CORRECT! THIS IS THE REASON WHY I WORKOUT THO
Nice comment Brother, it is definitely an iman boost and gives you just that little bit more when you know your training for such a noble thing..assalaamakaikum wahramtullah to all my beloved brothers in islam ☝
saleem83 war is still jihad bro, it's still jihad. You can't choose
Alhamdullilah!!! This was so beautiful!!! Connecting physical fitness with pleasing Allah made so much sense!!! May Allah reward this speaker for his words& may Allah bless us with all good!!!
so true and going to the gym alone since 2001
Exercise is a must and even more importantly exercising your mind.
that's a good news, i really started walking and jogging since a month. and i will gonna make it more by improving myself.
i liked that video and others from this channel, i first didn't expected this video because the channel is religious, but i then thought than really , exercising makes us physically spiritually mentally fit.
It's very true.... Just two days before this happened with me I could nt get up for fajar... Now it's possible and easy....
I honestly endorse this speech..👍👍👍
Alhamdulillah I exercise regularly and I love it!
I always wished if our shaikhs and parents have motivate us to be in well physical life not only deen life because they both connected to each others (deen and our physicals)... my english expression isn't that good...
Thank you shaikh for talking about this important topic... May Allah Bless You! 🤲🏻
Yalla to the جيم
going to start the ج . cuz no pain no غ ........
I didn't even watch the video yet and I am so excited. This is coming from some one who's been working out for 2 years.
Wow allah blessed you
What? how can you stay motivated for work out?any tips..
+sayakata paus I might seem self centered, but just looking at myself in the mirror is a motivation for me to keep working out, when you actually see all the hard work you did take action, it's a great feeling and that's what motivates me to keep exercising, I doubt this helped but I just thought I'd share xD
sayakata paus In order to stay motivated to work out you need to understand a few things. When you begin to work this is the hardest stage you would go through. Knowing this should give you the drive to stay consistent because once you get pass this stage you will find it much easier to stick with your workout. Did I also mentioned this is point where you would see massive results? This itself would motivate you to work out more. When I started working out I was barely motivated. I went to the gym when I felt like it and as you expect I didn't see much progress. It was since realizing that in order get the desired results I wanted, I needed to stay consistent and give it my all. Ever since, I went to the gym regardless of how I felt. Was it hard? Yes of course! but it was worth it. I managed to add 24 pounds of muscles to my physique in 2 years and I look amazing!. I have more energy and I get more work done. Losing fat (10 pounds) and adding muscles also improved my looks. It gave me a nice chiseled jaw line and a muscular body which people always compliment me on. So remember it will be hard working out in the beginning, but you it will become second nature as long as you stay consistent. And lastly, the results you will gain will serve as motivating factor for you. So strive hard and you will accomplish you goals! May Allah make it easy for us and give us Jannah. Ameen!
Same here!!
I honestly never had a video so inspirational touching me. This hit me because it spoke for why I love doing this. 2014 I started fitness I felt great and whenever I didn't workout I felt bad and I got weak and so did my imam and connection to Islam. fitness is what strives me to pray, read Quran and act as a true muslim. It helps me achieve more. Alhamdulillah I am muslim I know Allah is so happy at me.❤️ I want to return to Allah by acheviing all of this. This video really did speak out for me about why I love fitness
its only in our time that we call it workout, like we set aside enough time to do it while people in the past do workout through their entire life, it was their daily routine.
Strongman has taught me dedication, persistence, perseverance, mental and physical toughness, courage, ability to go all out in one thing. It has also helped me to concentrate in one thing more. It builds up more character virtues than muscles
Please can you make videos about the disabled
I have a physical disability
This is so true!! It really helped me strengthen my faith in Allah because even with diet it helps me not put anything haram in my body and it keeps me focused on myself and its a good excuse to get away from bad influences.
If life is a question!
Islam is the answer!
very very well said..I hope we can get rid of that idea that Deen has nothing to do with Our life coz deen is a Way of Life..God bless u Sheikh
Subhaan Allah

l thank Allah(swt) for giving me the strength to exercise, train anf keep fit. I converted to Islam 15 yrs ago and been working out since i was 14 even when i was told not too.But by the grace of God im blessed physically and helps with my salah alhamdillah
The prophet peace be upon him warned us about obesity , Women and men should workout.
where did u get this from?
It is in many hadiths,And it's also just a logic thing.
if you have a negative view on your appearance it can be detrimental to your iman and get you into bad things
How will healing yourself from sickness get you away from iman?
If you do alot of anything it get reversed to the opposite.
If you eat alot you get fat.
If you get yourself too religious you start inventing into the religion.
The best way to do anything is the moderate manner possible.
Alhamdullilah i don't have anything negative in my appearence ,But i'm telling this advice to all brothers and sisters who suffer with low stamina and physical strenght or obesity which makes you look somehow ugly.
May good health be given to brothers and sisters throughout their daily tasks without ruin the physical body
Salah is the best 'exercise ' - spiritually , emotionally , physically , etc it's endless. It's our conversation with Allah swt , most definitely not a chore .
Actually it's great to see this kind of topic being raised in an Islamic channel and I hope more of this will come and spread Insha'Allah , I think it's a very essential matter to look at and it is very much connected with Ibadah, if you look at it from the sense that Allah gifted you your body which is by far the greatest instrument that you will ever possess and gave you health and it's important that you realise the responsibility of taking care of your body and maintaining your health especially in today's world where we damage ourselves constantly with so many different practices including eating habits and exposure to different kinds of radiation (that come along with by modern day technology), so there's a vital need to create some sort of balance for your body to perform better, of course all that was mentioned in the video should motivate you as well because it really does effect your mood and mentality, and if you really want to motivate yourself to start exercising then consider doing it for the sake of Allah in a sense of gratitude for the body he has given you......May Allah guide us all and aid us in improving all aspects of our lifestyle!
i usually scroll down then i saw "why you should work out "and the channel didnt fit the title for first 20 second i didn't believe it. almost fell like it was a bait
Yeah true brother
JazakAllah for sharing this. I struggle alot for prayers and other physical things. I almost feel frozen and unable to pray even the obligatory prayers which got me hopeless, this gave me bit of hope.
We need champions in Kyudo and Kendo now.
The Bedouin’s Dua
In the Book of Tabarani, there’s a narration. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) passed by a Bedouin man and he was making Dua. He was praying in his Salah, making Dua in his prayer. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) liked it and he stopped to listen to him. And he heard the man saying:
يا من لا تراه العيون
Ya Man La Tarahul ‘Uyun
O the one who eyes cannot behold in this world
ولا تخالطه الظنون
Wa La Tukhalituhud-Dhunun
and minds cannot comprehend His greatness
ولا يصفه الواصفون
Wa La Yasifuhul Waasifun
and people cannot praise Him as he deserves to be praised
ولا تغيره الحوادث
Wa La Yughayyiruhul Hawadith
and situations do not change him
ولا يخشى الدوائر
Wa La Yakhshad-Dawa’ir
and he does not fear the passing of time
يعلم مثاقيل الجبال
Ya’lamu Mathaqeelal Jibaal
He knows the exact weight of the mountains
ومكاييل البحار
Wa Maka’eelal Bihaar
And the volume of the oceans
وعدد قطر الأمطار
Wa Adada Qatril Amtar
And the number of drops of rain
وعدد ورق الأشجار
Wa Adada Waraqil Ashjaar
And the number of leaves on trees
وعدد ما أظلم عليه الليل وأشرق عليه النهار
Wa Adada Ma Udhlima Alayhil Layl Wa Ashraqa Alayhin-Nahar
And those things that the day illuminates with its light and the night hides in its darkness
ولا تواري منه سماء سماء، ولا أرض أرضاً
Wa La Tuwari Minhu Sama’un Sama’a, Wa La Ardun Arda’
And one sky cannot shield another sky, and no ground can shield another layer of ground from Allah
ولا بحر ما في قعره
Wa La Bahrun Ma Fi Qa’rihi
And the ocean (in its depths and darkness) cannot hide anything from Allah
ولا جبل ما في وعره
Wa La Jabalun Ma Fi Wa’rihi
And a mountain cannot (in its deepest darkest cave) hide anything from Allah
اجعل خير عمري آخره
ij’al khair Umri Aakhirah
Make best part of my life the last part of my life
وخير عملي خواتيمه
Wa Khaira Amali Khawatimah
and make the best of my action the action that I do in this life
وخير أيامي يوم ألقاك فيه
Wa Khaira Ayyami Yowma Alqaak feeh
and the best day the day I return back to meet You.
Most of us are blessed with good health and we should maintain it by eating right and exercizing. Which means avoiding processed food, meat, and dairy. A high carb, low fat plant based diet is the healthiest diet on the planet.
Correct
"avoiding meat" 😂😂😂😭😭😭
you funny
we need meat also but in proportionate manner
Meat is high in cholesterol and saturated fat. The leading cause of death is heart disease which isn't caused by eating vegetables.
And no, we don't "need" meat. There are many other foods that are high in iron and protein, including lentils, beans, tofu, spinach, kale, etc.
Amra Bz chicken breast is meat and it contains little to no fat
Brothers we should be the best at everything 💚💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼👊🏼
I ride my bike to go to work everyday
Are you Muslim
I ride my bike to got to school 5 days a week
+Stemsy what has riding a bike to do with being Muslim?
+Mr. Stark it is good for your health. I don't think you watched the video;
Me The Great
And never skip leg days! They will keep you up longer in prayer ♥️
Alhamdulilah this is such a good video. We hear alot about inward spirtuality but in the Muslim Ummah our health awareness and fitness is really in decline. You see alot of brothers and sisters that are obese. We need to understand that over eating and being over weight can actually be a sin.
I've seen alot of brothers getting into it but our sisters are lacking in this area and often after marriage it gets worse. I pray that Allah gives this Ummah great health and make us strong both spiritually and physically.
Ma Sha Allah.. Beautiful reminder for me. I used to delay it for very long time but as I watch this.. I'm motivated now.. And Ins Sha Allah I'll start it from Today. Jazak Allahu khairan kasira
I go for a run... From my room to my fridge. Does that count as exercise?
And it can also, if you do it consistenly, It can actually symbolise your ability to do things consistenly until you get them done
arabic subtitle please ...
Im going to excersie right now! I really needed this once again. My health wasnt that well and alhamdulilah this video gives me a lot of motivation.
Biking is a good form of excersize. Check out my latest video of me bike riding 😜
share with us inshaAllah
sure
Usually I would see a lot of hate comments of someone self promoted there channel, but in a Muslim comment section, Jesus Christ ur guys r so kind. Ima rethink on my view of Islam
Khalid Hamad thanks for the bump 😄
I heard only two words of this video and I subscribed it ''Today INSHAALLAH'' . It impressed me so much.
Imagine getting this advice from an Islamic channel.... I’m nothing more than glad and impressed! Now we could understand how exercising does not at all contradicts Islam, even in modesty and spiritual factor, in fact it helps to boost more in strength and spiritual, in our body continuous cycle. Only the way or environment the exercise is being carried out could affect them. You can always exercise with modest dress on, do not be confused with body display trend - extra fitting or extra skin, guy or girl... in fact with more clothing you don't reveal sweats to others while able to produce more sweat, you can also exercise well without mingle the opposite sex. There are tons of home workout that if you're well-disciplined, works better than gym, just that some people prefers gym or classes to get guides and supports… so do I. Most importantly do not disregard spiritual health, your relationship with Allah only because physical health appears to be well cared through exercising. Exercises have been going well even without music, or very minimal music. Now we have answers to how to stop the pattern of Islamic sheikhs-looking men at the masjid gaining extra size extra belly passing their 40s. Exercising, especially in our modern jahiliah times often related only to people wanting to look good and youthful intend to commit sins; maksiat or going unlawful places.... How can we oversee the fact that running a modest, righteous way of life does require a well-presented positive body image (?). Exercise impacts not just physical fitness, but mind and emotional health too. I managed to handle depression much more unlike those days with no exercising, but of course with developing close relationship with Allah as priority. Do not disregard all the deeds that brings you closer to Allah, Solaah,Quran, Dzikr, being good and helpful to others and environment... without them, there's no content. The most natural physical exercises are still, daily chores, for male and female, indoor or outdoor chores (heavier chores for the male suits their body settings). Something everyone of all classes can afford all time that could gain you fitness while getting something cleaned up, get in order, make more greens, make yourself productive and make your living a better place.
Sally Lemon Why would exercising contradict Islam? Why do some people think that everything “contradicts” Islam.
Yayyy I love exercise Alhamdulillah, May Allah swt always grant us health and strength 💪🏽❤️
Finally someone cleared that working out/exercising is not Haram in Islam.
God Bless
Why would it be?
The Stranger Well dunno but I'm glad its cleared now.
Lol are you serious? How could exercising be haraam?
Bradley Brannings Man you see how those Islamic scholars are crazy they put fatwas on everything.
Alijamaru
How are they crazy?
this is very true SubhanAllah it changed my life, I can't believe how much it has changed my life everyone must get started
Eating Healthy > Exercise...good video though brother
why not both?
But only eating healthy doesn't increase your stamina, nor strength. You can do both of them to be more healthy. It's also good to workout for your heart and against other diseases.
It's preferred to be both (I exercise & eat right), but eating healthy is a lot more beneficial than exercising if you do research
+ZeoStorm Fitness and Nutrition go hand in hand. You shouldn't even be saying eating healthy is better than exercising because they're both two major factors that contribute to overall wellness.
Nutrition & Exercise are important yes, but it's clear one is more important than the other. Most developments are made IN the kitchen. If you're looking to cut up or lose weight 80-90% is what you eat. The rest is the actual workout.
Of all the motivations I've watched about workouts, this is the only video that motivated me to work out and will motivate me forever!
Being fit makes sex feel so much better, alhamdulilah. Boxing is a great work out and it gives you skills!
Bruh.....
yessssssss!!!
I am dead😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
BRUH!!!!!???????
u are christian.
You reach a point where you get a bit tired of it but after many years of gym you get used to it and it just feels like a hobby.
That Nasheed at the ending please? :)
Its not Haram
King Fazuul i know that, I just wanna know what the Nasheed name is
Nasheeds are haram
Big J All Day Nasheeds shouldn't be haram
Big J All Day Nasheed isnt Music
therorectically, working out means lifting weights/boxing/mma/strength training/bodybuilding and or powerlifiting any form of cardio would not really be considered workout rather a form of conditioning both are great but doing any form of lifting is much more effective both physically and mentally
Offering Namaz is the ideal exercise for the body...
Bro salat is salat it is actually not workout even though i feel you. because ife we consider it workout i would also like to add that
...
I alao feel like salat is also same as yoga.Cause i noticed how i pray slowly and breath in deeply to be able to go for rukuh and up but still salat should be considered as a communication with Allah first...Workout could could be a secondary small reasin
Ur right according to u only work out is just temporary but salat keeps body fit every time....suppose we dont do work out daily our body fitness declines slowly but by salat its reverse condition... we offer salat 5 times so our responses good keeps us fit more than a work out....i hope u understand thank you.
Then you must be praying really fast if you see it as an exercise...

I think that hadith refers to the strength of ones faith, Allah knows best. Sahih Muslim 2664, is it by the way. The Sahaba (RA) were soldiers, so they had to stay in shape. And *men* are supposed to be strong, and not pansies.

Watch your pride, brother. Peace be unto you.
Rock climbing for 2 years now... Everything he says is straight truth alhamdulillah!
I Do 350 - 400 'Sit Ups' A Day!😼👅
Brother try more planks instead of seat ups. Seat ups has been proven to cause back injuries and problems.
lThe Hater Manl 👍
Very good but try to train your whole body
Its really an important part for daily lives and it also makes u attentive in your prayers and studies☺
Wow i am early dare i say ....first..
By watching this video, I hope I will become the better version of myself in the near future. I remember once I was a fit person, I pray regularly, I put words into actions. But in time being, I got distracted into social media's like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. That has strayed my ideals and my instincts, which hampered me in every worst ways. I don't know how I got myself into, but I really need to get over it. And no; money, friends, electronic devices will never help me and not at all. The most important thing is to "push myself beyond", remembering what I am, what my goal and relentlessly work for it strategically. It will be very hard for me now, but not impossible. And I have to do it. With the person I am, I am just worst of a person who doesn't deserve to be a better person, a better human and a better Muslim.
I typed a lot here. But, I just pray to Allah, from the bottom of my heart; I can push myself beyond and bring out the best in me which is sleeping for around a year or two.
Thank you very much for uploading this video. I hope this kinds of strong messages will change a lot of people's lives and make them a better person.
Peace be upon you.
Something that i needed to be reminded of. Alhamdulilah. May allah bless this channel and all of the speakers on it. May Allah swt grant you jannah.
I feel like this is a huge sign for me. I started working out regularly like 2 and half weeks ago and I've been subscribed to this channel for over a year. And then bam they upload this video and now I'm like 😂👏🏻
Alhamdulillah, im so delighted to have seen this video. For the past few days i've been jump roping and i discoverd that learning new tricks in it was one of the way if made me confident that I could unlock anything on my life . All the things we want ourselves to be , well, exercising regularly helped achieve those. No matter what kind of exersice , it has the same result. Jumping, running, cardio, all of it..
Am a karate instructor I love to do workout and we all must do exercise regularly
