  • PACES UK Station -5 Ophthalmoscopy Step-by-step Guide. How to pass station-5 Fundus Exam for PACES?
    In today’s video, I will discuss how to approach a Fundus examination station in Station5 of PACES. You will learn how to do an ophthalmoscopy examination step by step in this video. Fundus examination is an integral part of the station 5 PACES and is a source of anxiety for PACES candidates. Remember, in station 5 you have to make a diagnosis of the underlying disorder from history and relevant physical examination. Even if you are not an expert in ophthalmoscopy, by a step-by-step approach in history, you can already arrive at your diagnosis even before picking up your ophthalmoscope.
    In Part B,I discuss how to take consent and then step by step demonstrate how to perform an ophthalmoscopic examination. If you have never done ophthalmoscopy before this video will demonstrate to you exactly what you need to do.

    What happen after MRCP ?

    And is it compulsory to get IELTS/OET exam for MRCP?

    • @AceurMRCP
      @AceurMRCP  3 роки тому +1

      Many thanks for watching Karan. This is a very good question... MRCP opens many doors for you both in the UK and internationally. Many good hospitals in India recruit MRCP doctors in high ranking positions. Over and above ,I always say MRCP makes you a very good doctor.
      Regarding IELTS/OET I have answered this question at the end of this video.Please watch till the end :)

      Hi Zafrin
      If you have one , that you use in your day to day practice I would recommend you to carry it as you will be more familiar with this. However, if the station involves ophthalmoscopy , there will be one provided by the bedside.
