It runs fine for a bit, but after hard pulls it starts losing power and or falling on its face between 5-10k rpm, the more throttle you give the more it fades. Pretty sure its the fuel filter. Thanks for the video. Just did my fuel pump with the all balls fuel pump rebuild kit. My stock fuel filter was filthy at 20k miles. Bike feels a ton smoother now

Hi thanks a lot for your video, it's great!!! I would like to ask how satisfied are you with the Quantum kit and fuel pump? Is there a difference? I found some negative reviews that the pump is flowing or has a low PSI pressure. I have to replace it on my motorcycle and I would be happy for your advice whether to choose the Quantum brand or try other non-branded ones. Thank you very much for your answer, I really appreciate your opinion.
I had no problems at all out of this pump and have used it in many other bikes as well. If you don’t trust it the all balls racing company has one for about the same price.

I bought an 09 zx10r and it's breaking up at 70mph. I ordered a quantem fuel pump and regulator. The previous guy replaced the pump and it didn't fix it which makes me believe it's the regulator. How was that quantem fuel pump?

Quick question, so my 09 zx10r works fine besides the fuel issue at around 70mph but once I fix that it should be fine. I'm replacing the fairings with gloss black and fluorescent yellow decals that I can make myself, im changing the battery, sprockets, chain, plugs, air filter and a few other small things. But it has a Maryland salvage title and it's here in TX, I'm about to switch it to TX title. The motor Is from another 09 zx10r, the previous one broke so that's why they totalled it but I'm trying to see about how much you think it'd be worth after all i put that work into it and it has a tx title which will cost me about $500 to switch over. If it's not worth over 3k with 17k miles then I'll just keep it but if it's worth more then I'd sell it.
It honestly depends. I guarantee if it’s a clean build and looks good from every angle you could post it for $4000 and get at least $3500 however after you get it inspected you can have it cleared of salvage title and made clean again and it would be worth typical blue book value. I’d say maybe around $6500 with clean title.
How did you know you needed a new fuel pump? My issue is my throttle is weak af, i cant even get it past 4-6k rpm and just having a terrible ride. Came out of no where, were you experiencing the same thing?
I got the same problem as you, came out of no where and now I can’t get it to rev over 6k rpm even with the clutch pulled in, but only does it when the motor warms up. Is that the case with yours?
Honestly I was having a separate issue that made me think it was the fuel pump but your issue sounds like it could be a fuel pump or spark plugs and coil packs.
