In this video I’ll be showing you how I achieve a sleek ponytail without using thread or glue to hold it in.

No it’s only tight if you make it tight. So whoever did yours clearly did it tight, which is why you have such a bad experience

Generally a week, can last longer depending on how you wrap it at night. Recommend a bonnet or silk headscarf x
