@@ethankwan1694 I think that's why the eagles offered McCown a coaching job. Just for the fact he can learn offenses quickly and would be great for new players as well as for game plans against systems the DC is unfamiliar with.

he mentioned " appreciation ". there are no superstars on a team - everything that everone does affects the result. a great team will beat a few superstars on the opposing team. in fact, without the " team " thing - at least for white people - there is something lacking. the blacks are generally more individual-istic. you heard a little truth here.

Those three minutes he spent rehashing his career timeline has got to be the zaniest single shot interview from NFL Films since Walt Garrisons poem "People are funny critters".
But I do remember Johnson best from his senior year of college at San Diego. He put up an insane TD to INT ratio of 43:1.

I’ve been following Josh Johnson since ‘06, when my buddies on Drake Univ. football team got back from playing San Diego, and were talking about how this dude was way different than anything they’ve ever seen. Then seeing a guy from the Patriot League getting drafted, gave sense of pride to alumni all over that conference.

NFL Films struck gold with this one! I’ve always thought he was under appreciated. He didn’t get a fair shake given some decent play in some of the franchises he’s played for but it’s no wonder why longevity is the topic of discussion.

a quarterback that still has a healthy body at 37 - well, you would think this guy would be the best because of the long long practice and mental evolution. if the team is good, the quaterback just needs to execute correctly the plays. he does not need to have the strongest arm. there are so many subtleties at any position. i can see why many teams would bring this guy in as a third backup.
