Good watch, nice gold, educational stuff... Cheers
Cheers m8🍻
Im not sure if you'll see this, but I'm curious if you rate the cc xcoil over the 14" standard coil for the 7000?
Yeah mate the cc punches deeper but nothing wrong with the 14” better search coil then i use the 15” cc to clean up cheers fat 🍻
@@fatbastardprospecting. Cool, thanks for your reply.
Great to see GPZ/X-Coil vs GPX 6000 comparisons. Thanks for taking the time to do the video
G'day Fat Bastard :) Thanks for the comparison with the 6000. Good to see & nice scores on the bits of gold off an already worked area. I am loving my 15" concentric X coil across the ditch here in NZ. Finding crazy small bits at insane depths. With our extremely mild soils I am able to run my Zed in High Yield/Normal & full max sensitivity. I have to wonder if the the 6000 is a bit like the SDC 2300, that is being made more for higher mineralised ground. As I found my 4500 ran rings around the 2300 in our mild ground being able to run the 4500 flat out in max sensitivity & Special Sensitive Extra timings. Our gold is mostly the small bread & butter stuff but I have to wonder if the 6000 would do as good or better than what I have, being the Zed & a range of X coils. 9k NZ$ for a 6000 here. Take a lot of tiny gold to make that pay its way. Not that the money is the issue as I love getting out there in the great outdoors regardless, gold or no gold. The weight of the Zed isn't a problem to me as I always use the harness & bungy & always have even with my GPX's. So my shoulder is all good at 61 years of age. I am always interested in having the best of equipment to better my chances of getting a rattle in my bottle so very interested in seeing the 6000/Zed X coils combos comparisons. The concentrics really are a step up again from X coils. Loving it. Cheers & best of luck to you out there. John from New Zealand. :)
Thanks mate, its all hirses for courses if ya can handle the weight of the zed stick with it still the best machine currently on the market in my opinon the 6000 is what it is and us a great little machine which will open up a lot of areas fir thise that cant swing a 7000, if always been a bit sceptical of the xcoils and they arnt cheap either at 1750 a$ and cutting ya old coil to make up a patch lead never sat right with me but in saying that i got one coming in the mail😂 so we see how it performs, yeah be great if they done a 12” concentric coil for the pilbara but the 17” was amasing to use bugger i hav to giv it back cheers n happy hunting FB
What is the black square object you put on the ground? Something sensitivity thingy for your Gopro?
Also, do you agree there is an issue with the 6000 having too much sensitivity compared to the 7000 regards hot rocks, etc?
Yeah thats a go pro holder mounted to the detector👍 na not much differance with the hot rocks but not many in this area cheers
Wont let post on ya comment mate, to be honest the zed is my go to detector the 6000 a good machine but 7000 better all round n i only paid 7500 for mine secondhand so was cheaper 👍 cheers n happy swingn🍻
Ok Yeah good idea and I think you can buy one already to fit!
Ok, have heard not too much up your way re the hot rocks but besides that have a 6000 on order and hopefully pick it up in a couple of weeks b4 I go away. I will definitely get a 7000 later down the track or maybe they will have something lighter but better than the 7000 (as it weighs a tonne) when I come to get one. That I think will be a hard thing to beat but ya never know hey with Minelab.
The black square thing he put on the ground is the wireless speaker. Put it closer to the camera so we could hear the sound.
Happy dayz Fat thx 4 sharing 👍
No worries cheers 🍻
👍🏻
I love your videos you don’t care about the language which are good Aussie don’t worry about the PC wankers just a question if I was to buy my first metal detector should I save up and get the Z 7000 X6000 in your opinion thanks Kevin
Yeah the zed currently is the best allround detector in my opinion and you can pick up a good second hand one for around the same price as a new 6000👍 cheers FB
Eureka Yeee Haaa
Fantastic effort mate..
Don’t you just wont to burn 🔥 that Spinafex..LOL
CHEERS FAMO59 👍🍻⛏🤓
Haha yeah bloody spini, not that hard to get out n grows back quick after rain to hide ya patches😉🤫🍻
When you say you can't run it in normal
What sensitivity are you talking about
Because as you know you turn the sensitivity down to about 3 before you lose any sensitivity
Different from 10 sensitivity
Thanks Peter will try going that low next time cheers👍
Good old Pricey. He took me out when I was over your way a couple of years ago,Just subscribed mate.Good vid
Cheers thx mate he’s a good $%$#
