Hi Fats, The donkeys are apparently quite good to eat too. If you Google about them, they appear to be what is called the wild asses and originated from Africa. Until I saw these donkeys in the wild I thought they would be small, as that's the only ones I have seen domesticated. I was rather surprised by how big they are!

Awesome lightening and the donkies looked so healthy even in that parched area, they seem to be everywhere so I suppose they will have to be eradicated or culled in the not to distant future, lots of pet food on their bones and oils that are worth thousands. I am all packed and ready to move 200ks tomorrow closer into civilisation, what went wrong with the 6000, is it something I will have to look out for in my machine. Nah Tim no old scrapes, the rocks were natural hills. There were 2 old mine shafts close by though. Have a wine for us!

I'm in awe right now because I wasn't aware that you could detect gold with a metal detector that's different I'm going to have to get one of those if it's in fact for real and that sound coming from it didn't sound real either? Why are they in a rough rocky desert and with only a gardening tool?

Yes really! I’m in awe of your bizarre comment! Our video is 100% real and that sound is coming from the metal detector, it alerts us when there’s a target to dig. I don’t know where you’re from but here in Australia that’s the rules, we are only allowed to disturb the ground using hand tools, so that’s what we do, dig for gold with a pick and it’s hard work but we love it.
