- When I was looking at the stats comparison between her and the Udaloi, I first thought there was some kind of mistake. So, is this another case of "stop at tier 9"? Let's find out.

Loved the gameplay, specially loved the part when you helped the yugimo( don’t Judge the spelling). That's how you win games by helping you teammates. Just loved it😍😍
I think you would enjoy the run and gun play style of the Kiev. That being said, it’s been in a rough place since the US light cruiser line came out and it’s just getting worse for it. People are better off staying in this side of the split. Ognevoy is a solid tier 8 and Udaloi is a solid tier 9 from my playing experience with them. I’ll be keeping all of them in my inventory.
Definitely a ship that’s looks like a down grade on paper from the Past tier but in game it’s just as good. I can definitely see the Udaloy get slightly nerfed in toro count so it’s more balanced, and I can for sure see grozovi getting a torp buff. (Longer torp range, more damage, faster reload, etc) I still believe it’s one of the better lines to grind especially if you don’t enjoy the Russian gunboat line already this would probably be the next best option.

Concealment in slot 3, and traverse in slot 2 is a better option. It gives you a bit more time before you het spotted by worcester's and minotaur's
What do you think about the new Russian line verses the German line? They both have really good guns an torps. I just got done with the German DD line an the first few games with the Z52 I’m struggling. Which I think a lot of ppl do Bc with the Z46 the two turrets are on the back an are great for shooting while paddling away. So I was looking at this new Russian line going oh this could be my cup of tea . But I’m at Gevny an hate it lol heck it seems like at tier anyways the Germans really have it nice decent torp range an good guns . Just wondering your thoughts on comparing the Z52 and the Grozovoi.
It looks like Udaloi and Grozovoi are the highlights of the new Russian lines. From their specs, it looks like they are more likely to compete with the US and German lines seeing as they are decent gunboats that can still make use of their torpedoes.
mainly the us line, do the comparison and grozovoi is extremely similar to gearing

I have start to play with the T6 and the 4.5 km of range torpedoes, really fun. But it's T6 game, so, not a lot of experimented player 😉 And cv problem, could be viable.
I have a tentation to try the line without range...for the fun.
But with your review of the 3 news ship, I think after the T7, go on this new line. Thanks.
To information, the DD pan european are really fun to grind. Currently at the T8, like you said on your video, not every time a lot of damage, but really fun (after try, stop and retry 😂).

Something seemed off with this new DD line but I thought it's was a Torpedo-Gun boat like the main line, except the main line seems more sturdier.

I have the Grozovoi and Khabarovsk and The Kab torps Are way too short to use and live, The Grozovoi is up there as 1 of my favorite DD along with the Daring, Smaland and Attillo Regio.. I Hate the Khab and Shimikaze is eeehhhh …
