Seth and the Mulisha were a big influence on me in the early 2000’s I rode from head to toe in black gear, polished out the frame and swinger on my 01’ CR and decked it out with black plastics and MM stickers. I crashed so much trying to emulate these guys
That was pretty much me but with the 1999 YZ250 complete w pro tapers Mazda chaparral graphics I wanted the Works PC pipe but ended up w the platinum PC pipe. if anyone has owned abworks pipe they know it will rust fast as hell if you don’t stay on top of it..

I love this, I’m 35 and grew up watching all the stuff they talked about. So fun to listen to Seth talk about how it all worked out for him. And when he said “it was a disaster” when he rode with McGrath and those guys I laughed so damn hard.
What's crazy is that Ozzy said how he came into music. Plan B the questionable video then snowboarding videos and then dirt bike videos! Created the addiction. Now I'm 50 and the bug has done into my skin again. Riding dirt bikes in the desert is freedom, probably one of the only good things about southern California, that and dessert fishing 🎣 haha !
Seth I have been rolling the dice all my life. 5th gear pinned 2 stroke. The sound of that 2 stroke gets you hyped. Just the sound. Not a lot of people used 5th jumping then. Get a adrenaline rush watching his old footage. Legendary.

Hi guys, a friend of mine sent me this link and can't thank him enough to dust off some memories; guess what I was working at Fox in 1997 in the design dept and indeed can assure you everything Seth said is totally correct about his involvement with Shift from the get go and Fresno Smooth movie etc... I'm surprised you guys didn't evoke the Crusty 2 video premiere in Hollywood blvd when the show turned as a huge riot, that was totally insane, everybody was there...(maybe a thousand people of the all industry) I was with the Fox brothers and you guys better believe Greg was sooo pissed off we didn't have a video cam back then! For sure no social media but trust me was the gnarliest thing I saw with cops all over the place, helicopter etc etc was sooo funny. Such thing nowadays would make worldwide headlines... Maybe it was better before social network indeed!

Wow - I was quite impressed here. I remember well the 'Crusty' era and all the madness here in Australia. To me Seth was just a junked-out/crazy. However, listening to him he is very intelligent, quite well 'read' and has very valid grounded insights into the current global problems. I thoroughly enjoyed this interview. Probably the thing that blew me away was the fact after all the money and all the sponsors over the big years, he's back to construction to pay the bills - this was very surprising! Philip
I would personally like to mention to Seth Enslow,that I very much remember watching Crusty 1 not long after it came out,and when I saw the scene,where he tried to shoot to the moon off of that dun(,I still have no clue how high,how far that jump was, but it looked 120' high,and at least 300+ ' long...I just want to let Seth know ,and Iknow that he hears it everywhere- I do not know how you have ever straddled a bike and ever taking a jump;because your balls have to weigh at least 50# a piece...I personally know what it feels like to break some shit on bikes,&wheelers but that was epic,and you survived...kudos man!

Me and my dad would watch crusty almost every weekend. We would always say that quote "you have some serious problems you need to work out with yourself" after you jumped that huge dune jump to flat. Fuck those were good times. Crusty 1, steel roots, terraferma 7, the great outdoors 2003 were my all time favorites.
Some of my best memories was meeting seth at club rubber then riding Glamis with Damien Sanders. Total eye opener moving from small town in oregon. Miss those yrs haha

This is so true I live in the central valley and this is how cali is and it's crazy how short of a drive it is to get to so many dope places and people say the traffic is bad but if your from here you can pretty much avoid it accept for the bay area and los angeles lot of traffic but it's usually moving

I saw seth implode in the dunes going for a insane step down jump, couldn't afford a dirt bike but went and tried to fly my bmx after getting towed by a rm80, yeah I crashed and broke my arm but I was pumped up to be trying the jumps, injury time was made better by watching seth and planning the next jump, or the next injuries lol 👍✌️🇦🇺😂🤣

All my jumps are Seth's fault. He is responsible. 😜 I followed the same progression from skateboarding and snowboarding to moto-x and freeriding and eventually into wingsuiting from mountains. It's all Seth's fault. I am very greatful for his influence!

@@lastfirst3512 Band was Soak w/ Jim Hale & Shawn Farmer on vox & I was not part of that. Band was reformed with those two under the name Darylistyk in Seattle. We had our own songs but would still play Ragdoll once in a while since a good amount of people knew it. Darylistyk had a song on the Crusty Demons 2 "Fuck It Up".

I hate being interrupted and I think he does it pretty professionally and often says we can pick up where you left off. It’s also his job to guide the interview... that being said the gentlemen above have a point, though we love the channel boss.
