    What is Ibogaine?
Ibogaine is a naturally occurring psychoactive substance that has been demonstrated to interrupt substance use disorders,1 as well as possess other neurological and psychological benefits. It is found naturally in a number of plant sources, principally in a member of the Apocynaceae family known as iboga (usually Tabernanthe iboga), which has been used for centuries by traditional communities in West Africa for ritual and healing purposes.

I have not experienced Ibogaine yet, I have however sat in 9 Ayahauscha ceremonies. It’s was life changing for me. Definitely not a “cure” but I was able to process deep trauma that I once could not understand.

I have a family member in Mexico right now. He has left once only made it 3 days and one dose. We believe he was using heroin and meth at the center. He either bought it in Mexico or smuggled it in. He has returned and had to pay more money and was chaperoned this time. He is still apparently getting heroine and meth somehow. He is leaving again. I don’t know how they aren’t drug testing him. He has had 3 doses but is still using. They are allowed to leave the grounds with a chaperone. I don’t know, we really wanted this to work. This is his first attempt at being clean. Two back surgeries at 20, endless supplies of OxyContin for 10 years via his pain management center, and now a heroin and meth addict. He’s been an addict 20 years. Maybe he doesn’t want to get clean, he’s high functioning, we had no idea he was this bad off. Hopeless to say the least.

Addiction and other dysfunctions could be mitigated for millions of people if this were to be found to be effective. The cost of medical treatment for these issues are crushing. The impact to the lives and families of those suffering could be radically improved.

So you had taken a step in regaining control of your life by getting on a Meth Treatment plan. That is my position. Started like so many others prescribed Oxy by a Dr. & within a few months I was hooked. I had been copying scripts because the Dr. wasn't giving enough & I was finally caught. Lawyer took care of the entire case but I would get sick as soon s 24 hours were up. At that point my Dr. refused to see me anymore, I wanted a way to get off this killer but he was not interested in helping. At that point I knew I was in bug trouble. There were no available treatment plans available at that time, so I spent my time trying to find something that would kill the withdrawal. Call it good/bad luck I found a guy, lasted a couple of years & finally I'd had enough & wanted to get clean. I had never overdosed but I had been driving, got caught when someone called in about a car swerving all over the road. After speaking to the cop on the side of the road, he knew I wasn't drunk, no breathalyser but he said I had to spend the night in jail. At that point I never said another word until my release. Tried to get clean 6 or 7 times, usually lasting about 3 weeks before I just couldn't handle being sick anymore. I was of living this yo yo life & somehow made my way to a meth clinic & been there ever since.

I've been researching psychedelics and addiction for years, following MAPS... what I know from getting off of a huge dose of methadone in under 3 weeks is that ANY psychedelic can rewire neural pathways in the right amount. And if used properly will not have ANY WITHDRAWAL EFFECTS AT ALL. I went from a 140 mg to 0 and literally 3 weeks with the use of psychedelics and had not 1 day of sickness. Not one moment of a symptom, no chills. No yawns, nothing I feel amazing and I have ever since I've done that dose. ❤🎉 I wanted to go to Canada for Ibogaine but that wasn't an option so I used psilocybin!!!! For the first time in 25 years, I'm narcotic free. This information can change people's lives and everyone should know about this. Please do your research read. I’ve thought about exactly that stuff today.
You know, about 2,5 years ago I started smoking pot every day and my life went better and better.
I was on a real hype and everything about weed was absolutely fascinating to me.
Even before I smoked weed, I was so hungry for knowledge and fell into real love with weed.
But Just like the doctor said, consequences of drugs depend on your environment.
At the beginning my mom (I was 15) was really chill with it, didn’t really care that much about it and kind of gave me the signal that doing it sometimes wouldn’t be a problem. I did it it 24/7 from the first week on, but didn’t really tell it my mom, eventhough I let the weed openly stand on my desk and smoked inside my room, I felt like it was really good for me and the best thing in my life.
Then my mother slowly understood from asking me questions that I answered all honestly, that I was smoking every day.
After some more time, she got worried about that, and politely asked my to go to a meeting with a drug specialist that assists people in their drug-life. I talked real deep with the open-hearted woman there which couldn’t find any bad thing about my consumption and couldn’t tell me anything I didn’t know, so she could only tell my that it was not okay for a teenager to smoke weed everyday, eventhough I seemed to have a pretty healthy relationship to it. She also made me do a break and asked me how it felt and it was nothing special.
After that my mom went to another psychiatrist with me, who couldn’t do anything else then worry my mother, that it was not ok, eventhough I was having a healthy relationship with it, and she was kind of female-furious in a shocked way.
After doing these things, that I thought would calm my mother down, because I knew everything was going perfect in my life, my mother started judging me for my weed consumption and I quickly started trying to hide my dayly consumption of weed from her.
At that point I was still in love with weed and felt like my mother didn’t love me because she was judging my love and from there on I started getting worse in school, loosing friends and loosing control over my life. I had a long journey of understanding everything about life, being enlightened and so on, but the problems with my mother remained.
Every year I make a one month break from all substances (sober October) and this year I initially got into really good contact with my mother again and she was happy that I was "back“, just because so had nothing to hide from her anymore and there was nothing standing inbetween our hearts, but when I told her all that today and begged her for stopping judging my weed consumption, so that we could have the same kind of relationship even after end of October, she would insist on being right that weed was the CAUSE for all my problems and claimed that I didn’t have problems in the past because I was just smoking less and she always claims that I smoke myself "out of the world“ when in reality the weed just intensifies the feeling of guilt and hurt love, that stems from her judging my weed consumption.
I really don’t want to lose the connection to my mother, but I also really don’t want to stop smoking weed, eventhough I feel like stoping to truly love weed, while I’m writing this text. Could anybody tell me how to change her mind?

    • @dantemagliari1073
      @dantemagliari1073 3 роки тому

No way to change someone’s mind that doesn’t listen or judge in a non bias way she wants weed to answer for every problem that exists. Just show her Elon musk, Benjamin Franklin, show her doctor’s testimony on UA-cam like this and actual statistics, but some people don’t want to hear the truth man.

Which is more important? Smoking weed when your brain isn't fully developed is not healthy. How can a person honestly determine if a substance is beneficial for them if they are in an altered state. Be high is an illusion. Isn't it related to LSD? Or simiar? When I was a kid ( I'm 58, but still 5lbs of good lookking in a 4lb box 😂) I tried LSD and thought I would go mad. Hated it. Saw my arm hairs dance. Heard colors. Saw Giant grasshoppers. It was horrible beyond belief. Also, trying pot mafe me paranoid and hated it. Cocaine was a common supposedely non addictive drug and I'm glad I wasn't rich because I played guitar in a rock band and fell in love with it. That said, when I tried pain killers it was like I finally got the kiss from a God. It was 10000 times better than sex. Better than anything I had ever experienced. For me at least. Then doctors tokd me my pain coukd only be controlled by hard narcotics and studies showed addiction was very unlikely. Beep beep beep. Wrong. 😂 Anyway. I'm in a much better place now mentally and drug free, although bad health sux. Thanks doc for all these vids. Love your emperical data. Tim.

@arod1766 he was treated for 2 weeks. Therfore the 36 hours increases by another 12 hours each day. You just add an extra 36 hours to each day minus 24 hours and that's 12 hours more added to each dose day by day. So 36 hours turns to 48 hours the next day and so on, 60 hours the next and 72 after that. Until you reach 204 hours which is almost 9 days for it to leave your body after 2 weeks treatment
