I alwaus use the perk where if u shoot a civil it hostages them so idk if its cuz of that or what. and i also had shadow raid extreme but it was called another thing like somethint criminal so i did it and it counted so idk how it works. anyway keep it up also i saw a guy in ur squad with the premium mask and the glowing armor, how do u get the glowing armor like by premium or what?

There is a bug makes some challenges (especially the ones named Star Criminal) can't be completed, i had the same proplem with you too
About the glowing armor, i'm not sure about that since i didn't play the game for a long time before it got banned
