It's not about being biased, it's about protecting the rights of a teacher and also the student. Kawawa ang dalawang panig kasi parehong napahiya sa marami kahit pwede naman madaan sa maayos na paraan kung saan mapoprotektahan ang kanilang identity.

And one more thing po sabi kanina sa section 4 , un nga po 1 year lng ang probation tapos sabi po sa section 5 , para maging permanent need mo mag undergo ng hanggang 10 years of probation pano po un kung mayroon ka lamang pong 1 year of probation period to be qualified po, sorry po medyo naguluhan lng po
