I would have brought in another RB in place of Spiller long ago. Dude is a ghost!! Parham deserves an opportunity with JH10 at QB. Parham shines when Herbert is throwing. I’m sure Easton is a great guy but he’s not an NFL QB, he’s had plenty of fair opportunity to show good game and unfortunately for him, it’s been all bad. What Perez showed in this very short time it’s that he belongs.

I'd say have Vidal as rb3 and put Spiller on the PS. He hasn't shown very much since he's been with the team and I've only heard he's only had a few good days in camp according to Popper.
Herbert will play week one but... 6-8 weeks is an orthopedic, magical, time frame. A lot of injuries can heal within that waltz of time. Justin will be well short of that timeline. In a perfect world, they keep him out 7 weeks, from the date of injury. He is tough and will probably play, but can possibly linger without that magical healing time.
Please do not hire Kaepernick or, it will be time for me to find another team. Do the players a favor as well. I'm sure thier are some very respectable players that do not want to associate with someone who threw/disowned their parents under the bus.
