I am Tom C. and I specialise in the field of Mental Health for a number of years. I want to place where people can relax, unwind, study and sleep better.
My videos are ideal for studying, sleep, relaxation and exercise. My aim is to provide the highest quality relaxing content that doesn’t contain any annoying talking or commentary. Research shows this can be help with mental heath.
All my timer videos are made in high quality with editing programs such as Premiere Pro 2020, Photoshop and Luma Fusion. Each video takes many hours of editing and mixing to produce the perfect timer video for my viewers.

It is so relaxing that if I can’t go to sleep it helps me go to sleep if I have my phone. I always choose the 1 hour one cause it puts me to sleep for the first 30 minutes.

@@TickTockCountdownTimer Wonderful! I was actually looking for another 2 minute timer. I used the "happy" one but the session the context is a group of reseachers in higher ed doing a brainstorm so the music I'm thinking is something that will be upbeat but also focused, with a clear stop at the end of the two minutes but not too loud of a beep because they have to do 3 of the 2-minute sessions in a row. So it's a video I'll be playing 3 times.
