    Im currently running these. If I could go back this would be one of my first mods! Also advise anyone not in a Rubi to get a set as well. In my opinion they have an advantage over the Anti-rock because of being able to go back to completely locking the sway bars. At highway speeds I hear the Anti-rocks do tend to be a little "loose". I know of a few friends that have made the switch. Great video as always! keep em coming.

    This is a great review. The product is new to me, as I just learned of it a few days ago, and I'm as blown away as you probably were when you first saw it. I want this to fit my super duty axles. Since I have to get out to twist the hubs anyway, a twist of the Lynx would be just as easy. In addition to the full release, another benefit of this is the ability to test different bar heights to experiment with ride quality over different terrain. Also, in my case, I will be adding a fully custom rear sway bar system and these disconnects will be perfect for that too. One of the most impressive automotive products I've seen in a long time.

    Great product and review! I do have a question. Do you think it’s necessary to reconnect them for higher speed travel on rutted dirt roads? Like the kind they designed the Mojave for? Or should you keep it disconnected? Also, it looks like it works disconnected by keeping the sway bar up high. What exactly does it do when you reconnect it? Does the sway bar still stay in the same location?

    • @CoddiwompleOverland
      @CoddiwompleOverland  Рік тому

      It is a good idea to reconnect at higher speeds because of increased control. But that being said, it depends on what you call high speed off road. When the swaybar is reconnected, it travels up and down with the axle as it is designed to do.

      @@CoddiwompleOverland Have them installed now! Work great disconnected. But I get a knock on the passenger side when locked when going over a speed bump etc. The passenger side I can just push down the sway bar to lock, when the driver side needs a rock of the truck to get down. Both at the same length... Just sharing my experience - great product otherwise

      @Coddiwomple Overland I completely agree , no matter where the sway bar is located in the rear , unhooking it you will have less flex , tested and proven time and time again , but I guess some people know something we don't 😆 the factory rear jk and jl sway bar is just about perfect wether u have antirock, autolynx, or just quick disconnects , even antirocks front and rear , I believe limits the flex a little bit more than unhooked in front and stock in rear. But I'm seriously thinking about getting these apex lynx, just wondering how many people have bent the piston shaft , it looks small
