Korea two room apartment tour. Officetel in Songdo Incheon I 500$ per month??

**Hi guys! I am back with a new video, this time I thought I would show you around my apartment in Sondgo, Incheon :)
For those searching for a house within Korea I highly reccomend checking 집방 app or go to your local real state.
My apartment works on a 월세 system which is similar to a normal rent abroad, with the only difference that the more money you deposit as your safety key, the lower your rent is monthly.
Disclaimer Move to Korea under your own judgement and after having done a lot of research, please, note moving to another country requires maturity and prior preparation. These kind of apartments are not easy to find in the center of Seoul. I do not hold myself accountable for delusional expectations or people. Do your research. Please. Now enjoy the vid! :)

As a foreigner living here, It depends on your spending habits and what province you live in. $3,000 usd can be comfortable. My monthly expenses total around $1,000 usd (rent, utilities, pension, health insurance, phone bill, groceries, travel). So it's doable!
